Unit 101 overlooks the Caribbean Sea, and Klein Bonaire in the distance. The unit is a two-story, one-bedroom condo, with a ground level patio and direct access to the pool, and a second floor balcony to experience the evening sunsets while enjoying your favorite cold beverage.
The bedroom is on the ground floor and has a queen bed; the room has air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The bathroom is also located on the ground floor. Upstairs the unit has a living area and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook meals while on vacation. For those who wish to dine out, it is a 10-minute walk down the sea front to get to town where you will find a multitude of eating options.
The second floor living space is fully air-conditioned and has a ceiling fan. It has a 27” flat screen TV with cable and an iPod CD player. The couch folds flat to form an additional bed if required. Our unit includes FREE wireless internet.
Dive Friends Bonaire (DVB), Yellow Submarine dive shop is conveniently located next door, so you can walk to get your dive equipment and dive in front of the unit. You are entitled to a 10% discount at DVB on shore diving, boat diving or courses if you rent our unit. Total Car Rentals offers renters at Seaside Apartments a 10% discount if you need a car or truck rental. We will be happy to provide assistance with your Bonaire vacation.
We fell in love with the island of Bonaire a number of years ago and decided to purchase our dream vacation home. We have traveled to a number of locations world wide, and have kept coming back to Bonaire each year. The diving here is fantastic!

This property was the perfect location for us; it is an easy 10-minute walk into town, so we can enjoy the restaurants and shopping easily. The property is also located beside Dive Friends Bonaire's Yellow Submarine location so we can just walk over to get our equipment and keep our tanks full of air. The property is located on the ocean front, so we can enjoy the beautiful ocean and sunsets.
One of the big benefits our unit has over other units in the same building is the fact that we have a two-story unit. This means that we have our bedroom located on the ocean front side, away from any road noise. We also have a large ground floor patio that provides easy access to the common pool, and our second floor balcony provides a wonderful ocean view.
We were a little worried about not staying in one of the resorts that offered lodging/car/diving packages for our first trip to Bonaire, but this worked out perfectly.
Great location next to the wonderful DFB dive shop. Our flight landed late in the evening, but getting into the apartment was a breeze with the electronic lock box. LCD TV with plenty of channels, fast wifi, and air-conditioning for relaxing at night. We didn't use the kitchen much, but it came with all the essentials. Walking distance from downtown and the resorts north of town.
Owner was responsive and provided driving directions and a guide to the apartment.
Our overall experience was very good. We enjoyed our stay. The layout of the apartment was fun. We ate breakfast on the balcony every morning. The entry was nice as a drop zone for all of our snorkle gear. Having such a nice modern kitchen was extremely handy.
It took a little getting use to the dual electric system, but figured it out quickly. Very happy that they added free internet as we were able to skype with our kids a few times.
Snorkled right outside the apartment one day and saw over a dozen species of fish and a couple types of eel. Also learned a valuable lesson about fire coral growing on ropes.
Condo owner Gord was always prompt and responsive in providing answers and information whether questions were about the island, dining, diving and of course the condo. Excellent communication from beginning to end. Gord provided both photos and written instructions on how to access the lock box and room key. Everything went smoothly.
When searching various properties I was hoping to combine desires to be within walking distance of restaurants and town yet within a peaceful and quiet setting. This unit fit the bill. Although the condo is close to the road, the layout has the bedroom facing a beautiful courtyard with pool. I am a light sleeper and avoid noisy properties. Noise was never an issue here.
Unit was modern, clean, with ample closet space. Layout provided a spacious environment. Enjoyed having the patio on lower level with the line to dry swimwear and scuba gear. Upper patio was perfect for breakfast and dinner. I would definitely stay here again. On top of all the amenities, it was a great value.
This was my 6th transaction on VRBO. Always a pleasure and success. It makes staying in a cookie cutter hotel room unappealing anymore :)
What a perfect condo! We spent 3 glorious weeks enjoying the island. Our stay at Seaside 101 was terrific, very modern, clean, everything you need. I actually cooked more than I thought I would as the kitchen was fully equipped. The location is excellent for a stroll downtown along the boardwalk overlooking the sea. There were so many restaurants to choose from. Snorkeling right out front was so convenient, just slipped in to the water to enjoy all the colourful fish. To add to that, the pool felt like it was our own private place, right off the bedroom. Will definitely return one day, thank you. Highly recommended.

Bonaire Tourist Tax of $5.50 per day, per person is in addition to the rental rate.
Deposit can be made by check, PayPal, bank draft, wire transfer, or certified check, but we will require PayPal, bank draft, wire transfer, or certified check for the final payment.
