Unit 503 -- our vacation get-away -- is in the perfect location within one of the premier buildings on the Gulf Coast. This 5th floor/6th level (parking garage underneath) is just high enough for a great ocean view, yet low enough to connect with the laughter and festivities ongoing at the beach and pool. And best of all, it’s centered directly over the pool so you can keep an eye on your loved ones from your own private perch.
You will absolutely love lounging on our spectacular 300 sq. ft. (30 ft. X 10 ft.) private balcony that directly faces the Gulf of Mexico. This is no doubt one of the best balconies in the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area! The balcony is so deep that you can lounge back and not be seen from below. You will be hidden away in your own little cocoon – just you and peaceful tranquility.
Our vacation home features an open floor plan that really provides space to spread out. The 9 ft. ceilings and 8 ft. interior doors throughout provide a feeling of grandeur. This 2 BR, 2.5 bath unit has 1330 sq. ft. -- larger than many 3 BR units in the area! The kitchen is open to the great room and fully-equipped with dishes, glassware, cutlery, cookware, and even a Nesco Cooker. The kitchen is positioned such that you have a direct view of the ocean while preparing those delicious seafood dishes.
Both bedrooms are extremely large and outfitted with king size beds -- a great feature that is hard to find in most beach condos. And it gets even better -- each bedroom features its own private bath. The master bath has an awesome whirlpool tub and separate stall shower. Both full baths have hand-held shower sprayers – a feature so often coveted but rarely found when traveling. For added convenience, there is also a half bath off the main entryway, another feature not typically available in a 2 BR vacation home. There is even a separate laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, shelving, and laundry baskets to make routine chores as efficient as possible. The entire condo has ceramic tile floors -- definitely a user friendly feature at the beach.
Since we purchased our condo in the fall of 2012, we have added a gorgeous, leather, queen sleeper sofa and love seat, a new 47” flat panel smart TV in the LR and 32” flat panel TV’s in both bedrooms, all paired with new blu-ray players! Hi-speed Wifi internet is provided *free* -- easy to connect and easily accessible from anywhere in the condo, including the balcony. Netflix is now available for your enjoyment on the living room (smart) TV. And as a part of our condo make-over, we replaced the existing contractor grade ceiling fans with gorgeous, new, high-end, tropical theme ceiling fans with wall-mounted remote operation.
You will no longer worry about someone else having a key to your unit. For your added convenience and safety there's a new keyless entry on the front door, along with separate deadbolt for added security and peace of mind. The access code is changed frequently.
We really love having lots of beach space to ourselves! With only 108 units at Regency Isle, you will enjoy the benefits of low occupancy on the beach. On the west side of Regency Isle is another low occupancy building (approximately 80 units) which even has rental restrictions (limits short term rentals). And beyond that building to the west is abolutely nothing! It's bordered by a quarter mile of no structures -- just beach -- zero occupancy. Then on the other side (east - toward Florida state line) is a single family home -- actually the personal vacation home to the family who originally owned the property our complex is built on. So very little occupancy on that side as well. In short, lots of beach to enjoy and not a lot of vacationers to share it with! During off-seasons it's like your own private island. We were here last November over the Thanksgiving holidays. It was sunny and 70 deg weather and you could walk the beach and only pass a hand-full of strollers. I remember only about 25 vehicles in our parking garages over the Thanksgiving week. The guests who decided to spend Thanksgiving here were in secluded paradise! There's really only a few weeks out of the year too cool to comfortably walk the beach -- mid-December to mid-January.
