4 bedroom villa. Superb, peaceful location with breathtaking sea, lake and mountain views. Many golf courses nearby. 10 minute drive to Puerto Banus or Marbella. Wireless internet access. Air-conditioned and heated. Villa with mature landscaped gardens and private pool. The villa sits on a 1300 square meter plot of which the villa takes up 417 square meters. The villa has probably the best views on the coast with superb views of the mountains, the lake and the sea. On a clear day you can see North Africa from the garden! Villa specification is - large lounge, large kitchen/dining room, study, cloakroom, 4 x double bedrooms (master with en suite bathroom and dressing room, 2 x doubles beds, 1 x twin). Large gardens with 3 x terraces (2 x dining tables, 4 x sun loungers). Pool is heated (10m x 4m). Villa has a shaded 2 x bay Car Port as you enter.

Booking Details: Water, electric and rates all included. If dates you want are available we will hold 48 hours so you can arrange flights. 40% deposit at reservation. Balance 4 weeks prior to arrival. 40% cancellation cost at 28 days. As from 27 days 100% cancellation costs. Upon arrival a bond of 500 euros is requested and will be returned on departure date after the villa has been inspected and no damages.
