Come relax in my cozy studio condo and enjoy some fun in the sun. Recently remodeled, there is a comfortable queen size bed, a couch with an ottoman, and a twin roll away bed along with a breakfast bar and stools, entertainment center, flat screen TV, DVD player with movies, and free Netflix. You won't be disappointed!
This third floor studio is privately owned so you get the personal feeling of being right at home with a memorable stay. The unique angle of the building provides our side unit with a beautiful view of the ocean as well as gorgeous sunset views during summer months from your private balcony. Your balcony also provides a perfect seat to watch fireworks being shot from the pier as well as a view of Sun Splash Park next door.
This smoke-free condo has everything needed to make your trip complete including oven with stove top, toaster, refrigerator, coffee maker, cooking utensils, microwave, iron, and linens. You can cook meals in the fully stocked kitchen, use one of the pool side BBQ grills, or visit the large array of area restaurants. Guests are welcome to use our personal beach chairs and umbrellas.
The pool is one of the largest heated pools in Daytona. It has tables, chairs, umbrellas, lounge chairs, and BBQ grills located on the private pool deck to help make dinner fun and enjoyable. Relieve tension in the bubbly Jacuzzi. The pool is gated with access only to Harbour Beach Resort guests. There's an exercise room, activity room with ping pong table, games, and TV, a snack bar, and on-site laundry facilities. An ice machine is located on the 6th floor. There are additional bathrooms located conveniently in the lobby. On the beach, chairs, umbrellas, floats, bicycles, and four-wheelers are all available for rent. Plenty of on-site parking is available.
Sun Splash Water Park (free) is right next door with fountains made to play in. The Daytona International Speedway is 5 miles away. Only a half mile from the newly renovated Main Street fishing pier which has opened a Joe‘s Crab Shack restaurant, Daytona Beach Boardwalk, and Oceanwalk Entertainment Complex with movie theater, restaurants, clubs, open air concerts, & much more! The Daytona Beach Kennel Club opened May 2008 with an all new facility featuring dog racing and poker rooms. Deep sea fishing charters and the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse are a short drive away. Attractions such as Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios, and the Kennedy Space Center are all within one hour.
ALL NEW BALCONIES, WINDOWS AND SLIDING DOORS IN THE BUILDING. Our unit has been remodeled inside too. You can take one of the two elevators to the lobby and go for a leisurely walk along the beach. No matter what your taste is for fun, you'll find it here. Whether you choose to take in the attractions, or do nothing but relax, you'll be close to everything Daytona Beach has to offer.
I am retired and live in North Georgia. I rented property in this building for ten years and it always felt like home. I purchased this condo so I could visit more often and decided to rent it out for others to enjoy when I am not in Daytona.

The building is always clean, safe, and well kept. It is in a great location and has an awesome pool and hot tub.
The unique angle of the building provides this side unit with a beautiful view of the ocean as well as gorgeous ocean views from the private balcony. The balcony also provides a perfect seat to watch fireworks being shot from the pier. The morning sun just peaks across the window allowing you to sleep in if you like.
This condo was perfect! We couldn't have asked for better for the price. The view is wonderful, and Sonya and Carolyn were great to work with. Thanks so much ladies! We will definitely be back :)
the unit is on the smaller size would not recommend for more than 2 people. with that said. the unit was clean, functionable. decent size bathroom. kitchenette . we cooked a few days there. had most basic things to cook with and eat with. " hint" use dollar tree and savalot foods for things. super markets pricey. unit met our needs. nice view of ocean. does have a small patio to sit out on. as with other units I have rented every thing may not be supplied. we go to the dollar store to get a few items. they do keep the hot tub hot and pool heated. sign does say no swimming dusk to dawn. but nobody chased us out. the pool deck over looks the beach and the ocean which are steps away. was plenty of parking. even with all the cars there. your about 1/2 mile from rt-92, international speedway drive. not far to go most anywhere in the area. bring your own laptop none there in complex to use. does have excellent wifi. has a small exercise area. with a tv on wall in there. there is a management office if there's an issue with the complex. would stay there again when in there area. mainly an older crowd there. from all over usa and Canada. felt secure there.
The condo was well laid out, very comfortable bed and sofa. Minor but very useful additions would be a printed list of cable TV stations and these kitchen items: strainer, cutting board & chopping knife.
Owner very attentive and answered inquiries quickly. As with other times we enjoyed the fitness room and it was great to see the Manager in the front office again. Third time at Harbour Beach for us, and this unit the best so far.
The owner is amazing. Easy to communicate with and was accurate in every word spoken. I can't say enough about the owner or the unit. I will stay again!! Thank you so much!!!
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great as there were many restaurants, stores, and attractions north and south of this condo. We really enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony. We went at the end of September and really enjoyed how few people were staying at this complex. The condo is a great size for a couple. The owners were extremely helpful throughout the entire process and were quick to answer our questions while we were staying at the condo. The owners just recently added Netflix to the entertainment system so that was fun to have access to. We would definitely recommend this condo.
My husband and I stayed here for a week and we had a very nice stay. The condo is easy to get to and close to a lot of things to do in Daytona. We walked to dinner several nights. I would suggest walking on the beach rather than the street, just better scenery, if you could imagine. The bed was comfortable, a little squeaky, but it wasn't bad. The decor and furniture is very tasteful and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook. We made dinner a couple nights and sat on the back porch and ate dinner so we can look out at the ocean. The condo has an ocean view, but it's not ocean front it's actually on the side of the building and directly under is a parking lot, the restrooms and gate for a public enterence to the beach. We didn't have a problem with this, however, we didn't go on the balcony during "busy" times. It was extremely easy to get down to the pool and beach because there are elevators. The pool is next to the beach, so it was very easy to walk back and forth from pool and beach if you want. We would stay here again if it was just the two of us. This condo just isn't big enough for more than two people, which was perfect for us.
