Facilities include TV, DVD and stereo and the living room leads directly to the shaded terrace and pool area. The villa is air-conditioned throughout and is ideal for groups, couples and families (a cot and high chair is available on request). 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the ground floor and 1 bedroom with large private terrace and en-suite bathroom is on the first floor. All towels and linen are provided and is the villa is cleaned upon arrival and once during the week. The villa is less than 1 mile (1.6km) away from the village of Santa Gertrudis with it's traditional flavour and a multitude of fine restaurants.
