Luxury 3 Bedroom + Loft - 4 Full Bath Home 2900+s.f. / 2 Car Attached Garage

Enjoy winter and summer ! This gorgeous craftsman style bungalow is your perfect mountain getaway. The home was built in 2008 , and has all of the extras you would expect in a luxury home. In floor radiant heating, JennAir Appliances, upgraded windows, door trim, and tile. This 2918 sq ft home has 3 bedrooms on one of the upper levels - and two full baths. Each of the bedrooms has a flat screen TV with full cable. This level also contains the full-size front loading washer and dryer. The main living area includes a cozy living room with flatscreen, gas fireplace, dining room with open kitchen and breakfast nook, a 'Billiards' room , as well as a full bath! Step out onto the patio on this level for beautiful unobstructed mountain views and privacy. An added surprise is the separate bonus room with nearly 600 sf , at the back of the house - with its own separate staircase! Great for two families or older kids to hang out in! This area has its own full bath, flat screen and sleeper sofa. This home has an oversized two car heated garage - and a large covered front porch - which can be used rain or shine year round. The neighborhood is easily accessible on county roads - great maintenance in winter ! Also - city sewer and city water !

About Cheryl Jordan

Our family has always loved the Fraser Valley area. We had stayed in our parents and friends' condos for many years and enjoyed all of the activities that the area had to offer. We dreamed of owning a place near Winter Park Resort for many years and were finally able to make it a reality last fall!

Why Cheryl Jordan chose Fraser

This home is centrally located to all of the amenities that Grand County and the Fraser Valley have to offer. It is close to Winter Park Ski area - but is also within 20 minute drive of Sol Vista Ski area - a smaller more intimate resort- offering great beginner to intermediate skiing. The home is also close to the bike trail system that runs through the Fraser Valley and adjacent to the National Forest.

What makes this bungalow unique

We loved the layout and how it will accommodate a large group but still feel cozy with a small group. The loft area over the garage has been great for our older kids and their friends- they can stay up late and we never hear them! Having the pool table up in the house was also a big hit with young and old. It allows for an easy flow from dinner, to relaxing to playing a game of pool all on one level.

This home is also close to the beautiful Grand Park Recreation Center, and the new bowling alley and cinema. World renowned Winter Park / Mary Jane ski area is a quick shuttle bus away or you can drive to the resort.

Summer is full of opportunities for fly fishing, rafting, biking, hiking, golfing, swimming all throughout the area. Nearby Grand Lake provides boating/water sports opportunities at three large lakes, Shadow Mountain, Grand Lake and Lake Granby.
