Cancellation Policy:
Deposit of 25% of nightly rate is due to confirm booking. Final payment, including taxes and fees is due 60 days before arrival. Cancellation made 61+ days prior to arrival, half the 25% deposit is refunded. Less than 60 days, no refunds, but monies can be used for a future stay at the same property. Rates will be based on new dates. Payment options: check or credit card.
Fees And Taxes Rates include cleaning fees for stays of 5+ nights but do not include a 13% tax. Stays of less than 5 nights are subject to a $250 cleaning fee.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Beaverhead was a very nice place to stay.

The condo is huge, so plenty of room. It has 2 TV viewing areas, which can be a plus. A large kitchen and fridge for those who may want to cook some while here. It is also a short walk to the village and it's restuarants. Our unit was about 100 yards to the slope to ski out, but you could ski in right to it from the slopes.
We enjoyed our stay at Beaverhead very much and the service provided by the management co were top notch.
