Secluded in a very quiet residential area, this beautiful large luxury Villa is at the end of a no through road standing on a double plot alongside a canal. It consists of 3 bedrooms , 1 dbl with kingsize bed and en suite. 2 twin rooms sharing family bathroom Family room with 3 seater sofa and also a 2 seater sofa bed. This room has a music centre, 51' Projection TV, and Surround Sound. Dining area with table that can seat up to 10 persons. Quite lounge with music and 2 x 2 seater sofas, nook with card table, fully Fitted kitchen, heated pool and lanai with access to an additional Toilet and shower room which is also accessed from the house.

The exclusive Sanibel Island is worth a visiting and further on from there is another exclusive island namely Boca Grande, with its many large grand houses and apartments surrounded by beaches. If your looking for easy pickings to find Alligators and loads of wild birds then, Myakka River State Parks is a must do with its large lake and regular boat rides on offer.
