Las Jacarandas is a modern spacious apartment block in a quiet location, yet near to all amenities. The impressive entrance leads to a terrace with spectacular views of the beautiful gardens & pools. International beauty therapist Christine Shaw, lets her apartment here for holiday lets. Many of her personal touches have been retained. You have a breakfast terrace enjoying the morning sun, & the West facing dinner terrace by candlelight, watching the spectacular Spanish sunsets. There is spacious lounge seating for 6 diners. The master bedroom suite incorporates a dressing area & a superb new Wet Room with its own toilet. The second bedroom has an adjoining bathroom & toilet.

Las Jacarandas is ideally situated for exploring the locality & beyond. Calle Tenis is minutes walk away from the main N 340 road. Nearby you have Estepona with its wonderful promenade & multitude of shops &, of course, the famous Estepona Port. A new underpass is being built through San Pedro, which is a delightful small Spanish town. From here you have Puerto Banus with it's cluster of millionaire yachts & then onto Marbella with its superb shops & famous Orange Square. Las Jacarandas is situated near the autoroute hub so you can quickly access routes to enjoy world famous Tarifa for surfing, idyllic journeys through the mountains to ancient Ronda. Jerez to see the internationally famous dancing horses, Córdoba with the famed mosque, & ancient historical Seville..., all connected by those fascinating skeins of white Spanish villages.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking & the remaining balance paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival. The apt will not be reserved until the deposit has been received.

    If there is a departure & arrival on the same day a 10am departure may be necessary & an arrival may not be admitted until 2pm, otherwise as much flexibility as is possible will be given on arrival & departure times.

    For 5 night stays, laundry & cleaning will be an additional charge according to the no. of persons using the apt.
    If a mid-holiday clean is required or fresh laundry, it will be at an additional cost.
  • Fresh linen & towels can also be provided for your second week without the additional clean at an extra charge,

    Please note this is a non-smoking apt but smoking is permitted on the terrace.

A lifeguard is on duty during the summer months to watch over them. Daily maids ensure cleanliness, there are 2 gardeners/handymen, and night and weekend security guards. Each apartment is wired to the security system. An extensive library of books is within the reception area.

LEISURE: Every leisure activity is available here. There are 3 superb golf courses within a few minutes drive. Tennis players can play at the famous Bel Air Club Tenis which is a few minutes from Las Jacarandas, featuring 9 courts (including 2 paddle), & a comfortable cafeteria, coaching is also available The famous equestrian centre opposite the Kempinski Hotel is 10 minutes away, where you can see the horses being trained for Jerez or enjoy some riding yourselves. Of course In the Summer the beaches are just a few minutes away, and famous Pepes Beach is there for you to idle away the hours enjoying delicious drinks & lunch. Further afield you can surf in Tarifa, & hire boats through one of the many ports from sailing to dolphin watching You can take to the air or water, paragliding. There is archery and shooting at the Marbella Gun Club 30 minutes drive away & a very active Bowls Club is nearby in Bena Vista. Walks are always a joy here and special walkways have been created along the Coast

There is a short walk from the apartments down to a very pretty garden centre where you can enjoy refreshments, a nice bracing walk at Pepes beach, or extensive walks in Estepona & San Pedro along their beautiful promenades There are some superb spa facilities right here within minutes if your fancy turns to a little pampering, and there are excellent nearby gyms. Eating out is always a pleasure in Spain and there are a wide number of restaurants all within easy reach from traditional sardine bakes on the beach to the highest international cuisine. The night life of Puerto Banus is internationally famous & the local English SUR newspaper gives you news of theatre, cinema & activities.
