Villa Kathleen occupies 13,000 sq. ft. of living space. The lush tropical Caribbean garden is filled with flowers, palms and plants. The villa has a spacious living and dining area. The large kitchen is functional and houses stainless steel appliances. The villa has 7 bedrooms. The Master Bedroom is elegantly furnished and has a relaxing area with flat screen TV, walk-in wardrobe and veranda. The Master Bathroom is fitted with two face basins, a makeup area and a fabulous walk in rain shower. The other bedrooms are also tastefully furnished. 2 bedrooms share the bathroom with shower and tub and the veranda. The other 4 bedrooms have private bathroom and veranda. The outdoor Jacuzzi and infinity pool are flanked by a huge tiled deck, perfect for sunbathing. The outside dining area, covered by a roof, is the best place to have dinner. Villa Kathleen offers a fully equipped gym and an open space tennis court with lights. Stunning Caribbean Sea views can be seen from each bedroom.

Both bedrooms share a veranda and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and bath tub. On the eastern side there are two en-suite bedrooms with king size bed, walk in closet, walk in rain shower and a little balcony.
