We both grew up in the state of Washington where the absolutely love it. Chad grew up in the small community of Arlington, whereas Heather grew up in a more populated and busy part of Tacoma. We met in 2002 and decided that Heather would leave her busy life to see if she could handle living in a place where it is much more quiet.....Camano Island, Washington. It is absolutely beautiful here and this is where we have decided to raise our one and only beautiful child Aidan. Because we both like the sun and don't get enough of it in Washington, we decided we would buy a vacation home in Arizona and thought that we could also share it with others since we still have working careers in Washington and raising our son.
We both knew that when we were ready to buy a vacation home that it would be somewhere where there was sun. Arizona was the obvious choice. And the greater Phoenix area was an even more obvious choice since we both enjoy spring training and Chad loves to golf. We looked at quite a few homes in Suprise and Good Year before choosing to look in Buckeye in the community of Verrado. It was the last house we looked at and we both knew it was the one. It didn't matter if the home didn't have that big luxurious swimming pool. We just knew it was the right one. Our five-year old son loves it too. Especially with the friendly neighborhoods and the multitude of parks.
It's so hard to say what made us fall in love with this home. We liked the coziness of it for a vacation home. Once you see the home and walk in, youi'll see what we mean.
