About Ms. Laura
I'm 67 and since 35 years i'm living in this building in the full center of historical Florence.
I'm doctor in economics as well my husband, I met at the University here in Florence.
I'm half Swiss and half Italian and I think it was a good combination.
my husband and I We are very happy to have guests in our apartments and often it also is the beginning of a friendship and some of them are lasting since many years.
Ms. Laura purchased this apartment in 1973
Why Ms. Laura chose Historic Center
When we bought the property, many years ago, we decided to be in the heart of Florence.
When I open the windows I wanted to see I'm not living in an anonimous town but just in the Florence I love so much. Also the apartments are not 'standard' and have a lot of history that brimgs me back to 14th century.
So it is 36 years we are living in the same building at the 3rd floor and we rent the others apartments we have restaured, maintaining their charme but encreasing the confort.
We even built a lift!
Once you live here it is very difficult to change and this was happening to us.
