Santa Croce and Duomo area lovely apartment with lift

Borgo Apartment has been just renwed. It is at the 1st floor of an ancient building, recently equipped with lift.

Very luminous has 1 bedroom with twin beds ( on request a double bed ), a large living room with a double sofa/ bed + 1 extra single bed. There is a dining room and a separate kitchenette very well equipped. The bathroom with shower enclosure. The heating is individual and there is air conditioned and internet connection.

The location of Borgo Apartment is great:

In the full center, in a very living area, where you can find all you need to have the best experience in Florence.

I leave in the same building since 35 years, on the 3rd floor. I can confirm you that the location is extraordinary near to market, shops, and many little handcraft laboratories. It is one of the most authentic area in Florence where people like to live and stay.

Some of the nicest and famous restaurants are just 2 minutes walking: Il Cibreo, La Giostra, L'Enoteca Pinchiorri, which are first class and others tipical as Natalino, Il Pizzaiolo, Rocco at S.Ambrogio Market.

If you come to Florence to stay or a long period or just a week you will become immediately a Florentine.

It is an apartment at the first floor of an ancient building. The area was in the past centuries a convent area and we can see inside of the apartment a stone capital. Recently a lift has been built and so it is suitable for people all ages. It has 1 bed room with 2 beds . In the large living there is a Sofa bed for 2 persons and 1 extra bed for 1 person. Anyway, the apartment, having 1 bathroom, is suitable for max. 4 persons. The apartment is very well equipped and has air conditioned- Internet connection.

Florence Borgo Apartment is located in the heart of city centre, between Santa Croce and the Duomo in one of the most characteristic area near museums, churches, typical restaurants, theatres, shopping district, and many other attractions that you can reach within a short walk. Just in the square, in front of the building, on the last Sunday of each month, you will discover well priced antiques at the Historical ' Ciompi Flea Market' which take place around the beautiful 'Loggia del Pesce' designed by Vasari at Renaissance Times.

The 'Archivio di Stato di Firenze', the 'Biblioteca Nazionale' and many other cultural Institutes are very close to the apartments as well nice gardens where to relax or jogging ( Piazza d'Azeglio)

A Home away from Home

This apartment was truly a home away from home for me. I lived in this same apartment 11 years ago when I visited Florence on a study abroad. I recently had the chance to return to Florence with my family and was ecstatic when I found my old apartment online. Needless to say it was like walking back in time. The apartment is centrally located. It is about two blocks from the Grocery Store, Post Office, Restaurants, and Banks. The Duomo is a straight less than a mile down the road. You can go anywhere in central Florence in less than 10 minutes from this Apartment.
The apartment itself has everything you would need and is extremely safe. The main door bolts closed like a safe. Fathers need not worry. 11 years ago I stayed in the apartment with two other women and we were safe and well looked after by the owners.

If you want the perfect location to stay this apartment is for you!!!
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
