Lovely ground floor apartment with enviable views to the sea. Comprising living room with one double sofa bed, kitchen area, one double bedroom, one twin bedded room and tiled bathroom with bath, shower and bidet. The dining area contains a dining table. From the lounge is a useful serving hatch/breakfast bar to the kitchen. In the well equipped modern kitchen there is a microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, hob, oven and extractor fan. The lounge also leads onto a south facing terrace ideal for alfresco dining and with breathtaking coastal views. The apartment lies in front of the sea, some small beaches and close to the center of Alicante.

The apartment is located in the neigbourhood of La Albufereta, in Alicante city. La Albufereta is a quiet and familiar place close to the sea where you can find all services which you may need. The apartment lies just in front of the sea and some small beaches, with easy access to Alicante center by car, bus or city train. The city train stop is very close to the apartment and it takes you to the sport port, marina and the center of the city in less than five minutes (just two stops). This train can take you also to the MARQ (a very interesting museum of archaeology), to the Santa Barbara castle, Alicante Golf city-course (18 holes golf course of international prestige just 10 minutes away), San Juan beach (one of the best beaches on the Costa Blanca just 15 minutes away), Benidorm (40 minutes) or Altea (50 minutes). In Alicante you can find abundance of night life, dinner shows, bars and restaurants, shopping malls, fishing, diving, water sports and sun.

  • NB: Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser's discretion.

    When you book the apartment, you will need to pay the 20% of the total amount in advance as a deposit to secure booking. Then,four weeks before arrival you will have to pay the other 80% of the total plus €150 security deposit take on all bookings. The security deposit will be given back to you at the end of the rental period. You must add 50€ to the prices listed up for end-cleaning, plus 10€ per person linen.

    Week to include Christmas day, New Year holiday or Easter please add 150€.

    Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.

    We can arrange taxi transfers or car hire, please request a quote.
