A Canadian couple, we purchased our unit with hopes of retiring in the sunshine state in the next 10 years. In the meantime, we take advantage of it as much as possible and share our home with responsible, reliable and respectable family, friends and guests.

We have traveled in various parts of Florida but made this south west fort Myers our seasonal home due to its excellent location, the warmer temperatures enjoyed here and the safe environment and gorgeous surroundings. It is not overly populated like the east coast and there isn't the crazy traffic congestion found on that side of the state. It is close to everything, including the international airport. Tons of excellent dining and shopping, but something for everyone, no matter what your interests are.

Very well constructed, stunning resort style architecture and facilities make you feel like you are on a tropical holiday, with all the wonderful amenities of being home. This condo also backs onto lakes park, which hosts a farmers market, safe bicycle or walking paths, kayaking, picnic sites etc. Surrounded by nature preserves it is beautiful and there are all sorts of wonderful creatures, plants and flowers to take your breath away at every turn.
