Beautiful Centrally Located Pool Home!

No expense spared on this brand new listing for 3 bedroom/2 full bath pool home located in the heart of Sarasota. Completely updated with brand new furnishings and accessories. Relaxing pool area with lanai, screened in pool, complete privacy with fire pit, arbor with private sitting area. Open kitchen to den area which features leather sofa with reclining seats and flat screened 40' cable TV. Master has brand new king bed with 600 count sheets with wonderful view of the pool. Master and master bath run length of home. Master Bath has his and her sinks large shower and garden tub. Master also has his and her closets. Second bedroom features wrought iron queen bed and third bedroom had day bed with trundle bed underneath.

You'll have your own pool girl and lawn boy to keep the pool and yard in great shape.

We fell in love with this house the minute we walked in. I love that you can see the pool from practically every rooms in the house. It is very open an airy. We spend almost all of our time out on the lanai it is huge!

Nice house in a nice neighborhood. The owners were very easy to deal with. Answered all emails promptly.The house was well-equipped and well-maintained. Used it primarily to attend Orioles' spring training games. Worked very well for that. About 15 minutes to the stadium.
