Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 en-suite bathroom, beach front apartment on arguably the best beach in Barbados, Paynes Bay.The apartment is elegantly furnished to a luxurious standard and boasts stunning sea views.The apartment benefits from a huge balcony which accommodates a large dining area, large socialising area and a fabulous state of the art 6 person jacuzzi. All three bedrooms are finished beautifully, with particular attention to detail.The large modern kitchen comes complete with all mod cons including a large American style fridge/freezer with ice maker and chilled filtered fresh drinking water and a separate wine cooler. There is also a breakfast bar area.The lounge is beautifully furnished and has patio doors which are concertina folding leaving the lounge completely open onto the balcony.The lounge has cable TV, 37 inch LCD television, DVD player, a DVD library, Apple tv and a HiFi with iPod connection. The apartment is 2400 sq ft and has a large lounge,modern kitchen with breakfast bar,3 bedrooms,3 en-suite bathrooms,separate powder room,laundry room,large storage room for empty suitcases,plus a huge balcony with fabulous sea views and houses a state of the art 6 person jacuzzi,dining table and chairs and a large socialising area. Each of the bedrooms have ample wardrobe and hanging spaces. There are 2 safes in the apartment. Private secure car parking spaces on site. Complimentary beach recliners and sun umbrellas are provided. The second bedroom can be made up with two single beds or one kingsized double bed. The apartment has a housekeeper/maid who will meet you at the apartment upon your arrival,and will come in every 3 days of your stay to clean and tidy the apartment and serve lunch.(guests to provide ingredients). The apartment can be rented as a two or three bedroom unit. If the apartment is booked for 2 bedroom use, the middle bedroom door will remain locked.

EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS, AND WE EXPECTED A LOT!

The apartment itself was exactly what we had hoped, and in many ways the photo's do not do it justice, absolutely lovely, so open and well appointed in the perfect location. What we did not expect was how wonderful the people were that work there.. Deborah was so helpful, Deena was a delight (her curry is world class) and Romeo and Clinton in security go above and beyond every day. Only regret is we did not stay longer. Many thanks to Simon who was extremely helpful and gave us so much great advice.

ONE OF OUR BEST HOLIDAYS SO FAR!!!

We just stayed at 12 Coral Cove for two weeks. It was one of our best holidays so far!!! The apartment is fantastic. It has very high standard of features, very well maintained and clean. It is very comfortable, the location (very easy and cheap to go everywhere using the yellow buses, an experience not to miss!!!) and views could not be better and are perfect for a beach holiday. Dena (the housekeeper), is so nice!!! She is very friendly, sharp and cooks guest local food!!!
Coral Cove in general is great: very good ambiance in the building, convenient location, right on the beach (in one of the most beautiful beaches in Barbados - Paynes Bay). All the staff at Coral Cove are very nice, specially Clifton, is great and very helpful. Paynes Bay is a very quiet beach, with turtles swimming just 50 meters from the apartment and a lot of nautical activities to enjoy.
We would definitively, recommend 12 Coral Cove to anyone. And we are looking forward to coming back in the near future.

Some tips:
- Get natural juices from Adrian, they are great!!!
- Get great SUP lessons from Adrian (a different one)
- Get some natural aloe from Charlie
- Get very nice beach pashminas from Angie
- Experience karaoke night on Sundays at Holetown, just grab a beer and enjoy the local sing their hearts out
- You must try take away food from Connies BBQ (it is 50 meter south on highway 1, by the road, only open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday night)
- Daphne's is a very good restaurant, walking distance from the apartment, but it is a little bit expensive

WONDERFUL

The owner has spared no expense and in doing so our stay was wonderfully relaxing and carefree.The jacuzzi on the balcony is large and was put to good use on a daily bases.We enjoyed having coffee every morning while looking out at the beach and the beautiful blue water,it was so tranquil.We never experienced a lack of beach chairs and they are all marked coral cove so you just have to get down to the beach and plop in one.Your walk to the beach goes thru a beautiful garden.
The condo was very clean and the big king size bed was so comfortable it made us lazy some mornings and you can see the water from the bed with the curtains open.
I was really surprised that the kitchen actually is fully equipped because from my past experience renting condos and apartment they are usually very ill equipped with pans bowels wire whisks etc.
Air conditioner was very good and cold,I am a Texas girl so you know I like my central air conditioning.
Loved our housekeeper she was so friendly and helpful and did an excellent job keeping thing neat and tidy.
Wonderful condo to rent and without a doubt would return.It was just me and my Fiance.The owner who is quite prompt in returning emails did give us a discounted rate which was much appreciated.
Excellent value for the money,best condo I have ever rented and yes that includes the ones I have rented in the US ,just wonderful!!

Words struggle to describe just how beautiful Coral Cove #12 is !! The beach is in your back yard and is without doubt the best beach on this island paradise ! The standard of accommodation will not be beaten on the island either (Even at swanky Sandy Lane which happens to be 300 yds up the beach). A perfect place for a family holiday or a romantic getaway .... the title says it all PARADISE !!! When can i go back !!!

EVERYTHING WE IMAGINED, MORE THAN WE HOPED FOR...

Having traveled to other Caribbean islands but never to Barbados we did our research before booking. Upon arrival at Coral Cove Apartments we immediately realized we had chosen wisely. The pure feelings of relaxation and welcoming struck us as we entered this apartment. The unit is tastefully furnished and provides an easy island style. It is truly a home away from home. We wanted for nothing during our stay. The view from the balcony is outstanding. The beach that this property sits on is the nicest stretch of beach on Paynes Bay if not the entire island (we know, we toured the island by car). This beach is perfect for swimming, provides a small reef for snorkeling and turtles are a common sight in the water. Each morning there are lounge chairs and umbrellas perfectly aligned on the beach waiting for you. It could not be easier. You spend as much time on the beach as you want with all the comforts of home directly behind you. The staff at this property could not be nicer or more helpful with any questions or concerns you may have. Dina, our house keeper, is a pure joy and kept things clean and tidy. She is a true indication of the warmth of the local people. Additional positives of this property is it's location to the local bus routes and local eating and drinking establishments. We did not rent a car for our stay and used the local buses to travel to Holetown, Speightstown and Bridgetown. The buses are economical and efficient. There is a local food grill (take away) across the street from this property on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings. Do not miss it. The food is fresh, delicious and affordable. Also across the street is Mr. Vic's, do not miss! His restaurant and bar are local and provide good food and great company. You will not meet a nicer man than Vic. Our vacation was outstanding because of this property and the introduction it provided us to Barbados and her beautiful people. Take advantage of this home and meet Barbados on her terms, you will be greatly rewarded! You will feel safe, secure, relaxed, welcomed, refreshed and most importantly, right at home. Our sincere thanks and appreciation to all at Coral Cove Apartments. I wish all who travel here a similar experience.

AMAZING HOLIDAY APARTMENT

The apartment was fabulous and exceeded our expectations and was positioned conveniently by Paynes Bay beach. It is incredibly spacious, well furnished, equipped with all the necessary mod cons and the master bedroom has one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. We're used to staying in 5 star hotels and this apartment did not feel like a step down.

The owner, Simon was incredibly helpful in providing us with plenty of information prior to our arrival and has equipped the apartment with everything we needed to have a luxurious stay in Barbados.

Cheryl from the rental firm was also incredibly helpful and was always easy to get hold of to answer our questions and the housekeeper, Shontelle was also very nice and cooked the most amazing flying fish supper for us one night.

The apartment is located on possibly the best beach in Barbados,Paynes Bay. Paynes Bay is located on the west coast of Barbados in the St James' parish.The superb sandy beach has complimentary private beach recliners and umbrellas,and a safe swimming area in the beautiful calm Caribbean sea.Water sports are available for hire at local rates.

Its excellent central location is just a five minute stroll along the beach to the prestigious Sandy Lane Hotel and Golf Resort in the next bay and less than a mile away from many superb restaurants including The Cliff,Daphnes. Cin Cin and Tides.Supermarkets,Banks and Shops are also within a mile of the apartment.

Golf courses including Sandy Lane,Royal Westmorelands and Apes Hill are all just a short drive from the apartment.

The apartment is located in a small complex of just 14 beach-fronted apartments. Our apartment is located on the 4th of 5 floors. The apartments have an elevator and there is also wheelchair access.
