This Beautiful Condo is located across from the Convention Center (you can see the convention center in the pictures), a beautiful Park, and the Hilton hotel. That is the actual view from the balcony. It is also in the heart of the world Famous Gaslamp District.

This is the actual view from our windows and balconies. Enjoy the palm trees outside your condo. You would be hard pressed to find any condo in the Gaslamp area with this kind of view and LOCATION!

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath provides all of the comforts of home, and has plenty of space to enjoy. We have a lot of light that filters into the condo. We have blackout shades in the bedrooms, so you can wake up late without the sun flowing in-if you desire.

The property is thoroughly upgraded with Granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances, new carpet, and fresh paint. We also purchased new furniture. We have 2 New Large HD Flatscreen Televisions, a custom sofa, that converts to a Queen Bed, a large dining table that seats 6, and everything else you can imagine to make this condo Beautiful & Comfortable.

You will have also have access to a fast and free Wi/Fi, and 2 Parking Spots underground.

Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and all appliances. We also have basic kitchen necessities. There is a Ralphs (Major Grocery Store) within a couple blocks of the condo.

There are two separate balconies to enjoy the views. Master Bedroom balcony also has a bistro table set to enjoy breakfast or a have a glass of wine.

Both bedrooms have large walk in closets.

The building is very quiet. There is a gym in the building to exercise that has cardio machines as well as weights.

Why Rita chose San Diego

We fell in love with this condo. We love so many aspects of this condo. We love the view from the Balconies and windows. There is a beautiful park across from us, we also can see the Coronado bridge. The location cannot be beat. We are in the walking distance to everything the Gaslamp provides, but without the loud noise that often comes with being in the heart of the GasLamp. condo.

There is so much to do in this area, but if you must venture out, there is plenty to do in San Diego. Parking is provided for 2 parking spots. We are a short distance to many of the attractions San Diego offers.

What makes this condo unique

Its all about location. This location cannot be beat! Its literally one block away from the Convention center, and also close to all restaurants, hotels, coffee shops, shopping, etc.

Its close to everything downtown has to offer-Gaslamp, Marina, Little Italy, & the East Village, and right across from the Convention Center.

There is so much to do and see in the Gaslamp and San Diego! The nightlife in the Gaslamp has much to offer... Night clubs, Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Dessert Bars, and so much more.

There are so many great restaurants to choose from. You can find virtually every type of food your looking for within walking distance.

There is also a taxi stand right in front of the building for longer distances. The taxis are there night and day because the Hilton Gaslamp is right across the street.

Petco Park is 2-3 blocks away! There is also a Ralphs Grocery store in walking distance. Shopping surrounds you with many boutiques and the famous Horton Plaza Mall. The Mall also has a 16 Movie Theatre! Seaport Village is also within walking distance.

The island of Coronado, Home to the Famous Hotel Del is a short taxi or ferry away.

The condo is in the perfect location for exploring downtown San Diego and around. Just minutes away from all the fun of the Gas Lamp Quarter, the condo offers a comfortable sanctuary from busy downtown. The location was perfect for attending a conference as well as enjoying the sights and sounds in the Gaslamp District. Everything in the condo was exactly as described. We were extremely pleased with everything from the booking process to the instructions and helpful binder that was waiting for us upon arrival. The building was clean and quiet and the patio\bbq area was great...we will be sure to use it more when we book again for our next conference.

I decided to get a vacation rental for my boyfriends birthday. I was already excited from the pictures, and how helpful ad accommodating the owner was. When we arrived it was beyond my expectations!! So clean, spacious and had everything you could think of and more!! Great location is Gaslamp, the building is so clean and nice, BBQ area is out your door! Beds are comfy, couch is great! I really could not say anything but great things about my entire experience, from booking to checkout! If you can book this rental ASAP, trust me openings won't last long:)

We had a wonderful birthday celebration with our 3 children for our daughter's 21st birthday. The location and property is exactly what is pictured. Our entire stay was very easy due to excellent communication from the owner and a complete notebook with all possible questions and answers located inside the condo. Everything was sparkling clean and very complete. It is probably most comfortable for 4 adults as the convertible bed is a fold out from a couch and would best sleep smaller children. The location is right at the entrance to the Gaslamp district. A grocery store is one block away. Everything is within walking distance. Parking is very secure in an locked and gated area. We will most likely stay here again!
