Welcome to paradise at the Jersey Shore! It's not just the sun or the constant breeze, it's the beautiful residential neighborhood of 811 Atlantic Ave. that is so attractive to families. (corner of 9th & Atlantic Ave.) Our home is tastefully decorated with beach and shell accents and is available to rent throughout the year. The beach house will take you away from your everyday grind for as long as you and your family would like. We have put all of the amenities of home into our house to be sure you will enjoy your stay. If there is a parade, you can watch it go by right in front of the house.
811 Atlantic Ave. is located on one of the safest (and quietest) blocks in North Wildwood. We are next to City Hall, police station and a park for kids to play. Simply walk 2 1/2 blocks to the ocean. Our house is a well maintained property that is just a few blocks to Russo's Deli (the best sandwiches in North Wildwood in our opinion) the North entrance to the boardwalk (and tram car) and a few more (walkable) blocks to local restaurants and nightlife such as Westy's, Keenan's and Flip Flopz and Dreamsicles Ice Cream.
The house is 5 bedrooms (4 bedrooms with a loft for the 5th bedroom, no door - 3 Queens beds and 1 King, 1 full and 4 twins. the twins and full are in the loft bunkbeads. (twin/double/twin and twin/twin/under-storage). The Master Bedroom (King size bed and large closet) is located on the first floor along with another bedroom (Queen size bed with a natural wood bed and breezy palm tree motif) There are 2 1/2 baths, 1 standing shower on the first floor and a tub on the second floor. Upstairs bedroom is the starfish room - Yellow with white wains-coat Queen Size bed. There is a bureau and a nice size closet for storage. Next to the Starfish room is the Seafoam Room, it also has a Queen Size bed with a bureau and nice size closet.
The house sleeps 14 comfortably. In addition, there is a coffee bar/wet bar with refrigerator upstairs that leads to the outside deck with a great view of North Wildwood. It's a great place to sit back, read a book and enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail at 4 o'clock!
There is plenty of room to run around in the yard along with a hot & cold outside shower to wash off at after a day at the beach. You'll find our house has more than ample room for multifamily vacations, all you need to bring is a bathing suit, flip flops, sunglasses, beach towels, sheets for the bed and towels for the shower. For the most part, we have supplied the rest!
The house has 2 zone central air throughout, along with beautiful ambient lighting upstairs and downstairs. Be sure to enjoy yourselves on the patio furniture on the patio or upstairs on the deck. There is a 2 car detached garage to store all of your gear when you come back from the beach. Don't worry, there are TV's upstairs and downstairs with cable. The house is wireless just in case you need to check in with life outside North Wildwood from time to time.
