This beautiful villa is brand new and furnished to a very high standard with an eclectic mix of modern and Arabians styles. Set within it's own grounds with circular driveway, this villa features the architecture of Nubia in Upper Egypt, with feature vaulted ceilings and multiple levels. There is a fully equipped fitted kitchen, dining area with and a separate lounge with LCD TV. There are 2 bedrooms on the upper levels each with ensuite. The master with balcony overlooking the pool. On ground level there is a day room with sofa bed offering an extra double bed, if required.
