A lovely lovely home to stay in. I absolutely loved the location of this villa. Such a nice area to stay in. The villa itself was immaculate. It was beautifully clean and well kept and the pool area was private and relaxing. The facilities and equipment provided were excellent. The photos advertising this property do not do it justice.

Overall we had an amazing holiday in this villa. I agree with the other reviews - Christine and Ivan are friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help us with a little dilemma we had!!

I would readily recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Outstanding home!!!

We stayed in the villa for ten days in July 2010. It was an amazing home in a lovely neighborhood. It looked even better than the photos. The neighborhood is gated and quiet. We enjoyed bike rides several times. It was a convenient location to the parks and shopping as well.

The owner and rental management company were outstanding to work with. The house was extremely clean and well kept. The children loved the game room and the we lived in the pool. They had DVD movies on hand as well as games and books.

We noticed that the master bedroom was missing a TV remote and so we called the rental management company. They came right out with a brand new remote control. They provided above and beyond service.

We would highly recommend this rental. You will not be disappointed in the home or the convenient location.

We stayed at this property for 12+ weeks and found the villa to be quite inviting, very comfortable, with the overall accomodations far exceeding our expectations. The furnishings & general condition of the villa were above average and very acceptable in meeting our extended stay needs. We were visited by our children & grandchildren who too enjoyed the surroundings, especially the pool and the various pool toys that were available for their use. The owners and property manager were very easy to communicate with and quickly responded to and resolved any questions or concerns we may have had. Upon departure, we were quick to thank the owners for sharing their lovely home with our family. Depending on our future plans & needs, we would certainly consider staying at this property again.

Our 1st trip to Florida. Stayed in the villa for 3 weeks and it was everything we expected and better equipped than the more expensive one our friends were staying in the same estate. Villa was immaculate and well-maintained and the location was quiet and ideally placed for the parks. Pool was perfect. Would definately go back.

Chill Villa for Activity Holiday

We arrived at the Villa in September to find everything clean, and in working order. The pool looked awesome and the air conditioning was pretty helpful considering I have a low heat tolerance! The Villa is in a secluded neighbourhood, and was very homely. Interior very spacious and awesome for lying around. During our stay we encountered no problems at all, and enjoyed every aspect of the holiday. I mean as the review above unfortunately states, you never know who's going to be near you, but you can hardly blame that on the Villa now can you! It was great for chilling out, and pretty close to a bunch of great things! Would highly recommend to anyone!
