Our Sea Escape hosts a rolling lawn to an ocean side deck with stairs to the rocky shore, gazebo, playground, camp fires, a spectacular view of the sunset, and heaps of hospitality.
The Penthouse is clean and well kept with linen, bedding, towels, and wall to wall carpet. The full kitchen is equipped for any family meal including large pots for cooking lobster.
There is a gas fireplace and cable TV/VCR/DVD in the living room.
This open suite is situated on the second floor of our home office with a private entrance and a stair lift. It features eagle’s nest views of Casco Bay, comfortable living and sleeps up to seven people. There is one huge bedroom with a queen-size bed, a single bed, and a crib. A sleeping area with two twin beds is screened off from the large living space. In the living room the couch pulls out to be a queen-size bed. The bathroom has a tub with a shower.
In addition to the gas fireplace the Penthouse has central heat, and a washer and dryer. The full kitchen has a dishwasher, and garbage disposal.
A private balcony is off the living room.
There is a charcoal grill.
We have a community room that has a large video library, washer & dryer, books, and board games. Please call with any questions.

About Donna McNelly
Moving back to Maine in the early 80's with there family of three kids Donna and Les were looking for an amazing place to raise there family with the sun sets of Iowa and a roller wrink close to home. Today they continue to share their corner of the world with there youngest daughter Bethany and her husband Perry.
Mrs. Donna McNelly
The Mom, nurse, teacher, plumber, painter, candlestick maker, jam & jelly connoisseur, cleaning lady, office person, accountant, baker, and Mrs fix it. She taught nursing at the University of New England and has her masters in nursing. She loves palates and basketball. She likes her decaf coffee black.
Captain Les McNelly
The Dad, groundskeeper, berry grower, fisherman, tour guide, lobster cooker, fire tender, hunter, and all around go to guy. He is a former computer program designer that will only work on a computer now by force. He drinks Budweiser and drives a John Deere tractor.
Captain Bethany McNelly-Davis
Donna and Les’ youngest daughter started Tevake Sailing Charters with Perry in 2006. She graduated from Roger Williams University with a degree in Architecture and worked for several years on traditional sailing ships. She now helps Donna and Les run and maintain Sea Escape. Her favorite food is steamed artichoke.
Captain Perry Davis
Perry is Bethany’s other half. He has sailed to over 10 different countries crewing and captaining square riggers and schooners while living aboard Tevake. Perry and his old boat, Tevake, are now happy to be part of Sea Escape Cottages & Charters.
