The easiest way is to fly to Faro and then a taxi to Lagos for aprox. 70/75 EUROS, as a car is not essential the house beeing in town.
You can also fly to Lisbon ,which is a very interesting city and then drive the #300kms; it takes aprox.3 hours.
There are bus and train services between down-town Faro and Lagos but a tiring and very long experience in the heat !
Taxi with Ehglish & French speaking driver can be aranged
