Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Den, 2 Baths (Sleeps 4)

2BD + Den/2BA 1800+ sq. ft coach home located in beautiful North Naples community with upscale dining and shopping and some of the worlds most beautiful beaches right at your fingertips. The sugar white sand beaches and teal blue water of the Gulf of Mexico await. This unit is fully appointed with everything you could want. The master bedroom suite has a king size bed and huge walk-in closet and the adjoining bath has double vanities, a large walk-in shower and deep soaking tub. The guest room has 2 single beds with lovely Laura Ashley linens. The 3rd BD/den has a queen sleeper sofa. These 2 rooms share a full bath. The open floor plan encompassing the kitchen, dining and living areas with adjacent lanai is spacious and bright.

Egret's walk has a community center just a short walk from the unit. There is a pool, spa, sauna, exercise facility and lounge area. There is also a 2nd pool located very close to the unit.

Pelican Marsh encompasses 1100 acres, 133 of those are nature preserves. There are walking trails throughout. Pelican Marsh has a newly rebuilt Community Center with a wellness spa and state-of-the-art fitness equipment and trainers and an Aerobics and Yoga Center, 9 Har-Tru tennis courts with night lighting and on-site USPTA tennis pro. There is also a computer center and a lounge with large flat screen TVs.

Fabulous shopping and dining are very nearby at The Mercato, The Waterside Shops and Venetian Village. The Ritz-Carlton Beach and The Ritz-Carlton Golf resort are both within a mile or so of this unit.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful home

We had a wonderful, relaxing, sunny, and fun time staying in this Naples home. The decor is beautiful, the unit is very spacious, the appliances and furnishings are modern and clean, and the owners have provided everything (and then some!) needed to fully enjoy a month in Naples. There is more than enough nice cooking gear in the kitchen so you can prepare gourmet meals or a full lunch for the beach. They also provide coolers, beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach toys to fully enjoy the beach.

We biked around Pelican Marsh, a beautifully landscaped community, which was great. We also biked to the beaches and to Naples Pier (avoiding Tamiami!), which was also a lot of fun. (Check with the local Trek store for off-the-main-drag bike routes if you want to bike safely in Naples. But stay off Tamiami!)

Pelican Marsh has a pool, a full gym, and sidewalks for all the walking you could ever want. The pace is relaxed, the Egret's Walk neighborhood is quiet, and the neighbors are friendly and helpful, if you need local info.

The owners of this home have done a really great job in making this home a wonderful place to spend a vacation. Hope we can make it back soon!

Spent A Spectacular Month Here

I had the pleasure of spending a wonderful month in the meticulous condo.
Very roomy and spacious all the amenities that you need. With wonderful décor,
the master bed had a walk in closet with its own master bath. A large Jacuzzi tub
spacious stand-alone shower. The kitchen was perfect for entertaining and leads to the
dining room.
The spare room was perfect for our guest, they had their own bathroom and plenty of closet space.
The way the condo was set up, we had our privacy.
We enjoyed the pool and hot tub - very clean. There was a workout room, very nice and clean.
There were bicycles for a nice ride. The gated community was beautiful, close to shopping
centers and restaurant's and the great beaches.
A few minutes' drive to Vanderbilt beach, one of the nicest beaches beautiful white sand and clear
Florida water. Restaurants that we were able to walk up to right on the beach for lunch or a cocktail.
The fine restaurants and shops on 5th Avenue. Tommy Bahamas' was great outside dining.
So much to do never enough time.
Plenty to do for the entire family. I would rent this property again on my next
vacation to Naples
