Villa Spyridoula consists of 2 floors. Entering the house on the ground floor there is a living-dining room with SAT-TV , an open plan Kitchen which is fully equipped and a bedroom with 1 double bed and a shower/WC. An internal stone staircase leads up to the first floor where there is the second bedroom with a double bed and the third one with 2 single beds. From both bedrooms someone can exit to a beautiful spacious balcony that overlooks the sea and the natural environment. The villa is fully air-conditioned. The two north-facing terraces are lovely spots to soak up the morning and evening sun and the double-glazed windows help ensure comfort in cooler early or late season evenings. Outside there is an attractive garden with swimming pool, in a size of 28 m2 , with sun beds and umbrellas , BBQ , and patio furniture. This lovely villa is suitable for friends, families and generally people who love tranquility, by being away from the crowds and the mass tourism.

Maroulas is a picturesque medieval village on a slope above the bay of Rethymnon on the island of Crete. Two watchtowers from the times of the Venetian occupation make the village's skyline in front of the Ida mountains. The beach is 3 kms away, and the city 10 kms In the village center there is a kafenion, Marianna's herb shop, and the taverna of Papas Nikos who is the local priest. 4 kms below Maroulas there are the hotel suburbs of Platanias and Adelianos Campos. There are tavernas, supermarkets, car and motorbike rentals, bistros, discotheques, minigolf courts, exchange offices, and ATM machines. The sandy beach spreads in both directions over a total distance of 15 kms

  • The above rates are for 6 persons per week and include the air-condition, cleaning services, change of bed linen towels and all Greek taxes.
    Early booking discount for all bookings made till 31 March 2010, exept in july august :10%

    The availability and the total cost of the services are confirmed , (usually within 24 hours from your request) For reservations till 56 days before the arrival, we require a deposit of the 30% of the total cost. For reservations less than 56 days before the arrival the whole amount (100%) of the total cost is required.
    There are no other charges to be added. After payment is charged, you will receive your travel documents along with your payment receipt. We accept payment by credit card Visa or Master Card or Bank Transfer.
  • Cancellation of the reservation
    Cancellation made for any reason will result to 'cancellation fees'.
    The usual cancellation fees rate as follows:

    -Non Show: the charge is the 100% of the total booking reservation.
