An attractive apartment in a newly renovated building from 1910 located on a cobble-stoned, chestnut-tree-lined side street to the Kurfuerstendamm, the fashionable main boulevard of Berlin’s City Centre West. The apartment is composed of a large bedroom with spacious king-sized bed (linens provided), a living room with two sofa-futons and dining room set, plus balcony lit by the morning sun. A fully appointed kitchen, a bathroom with a washing machine/dryer is available. There are 2 cable TVs plus DVD, CD-player. In addition, with numerous bookshelves and a large desk, the apartment is ideal for business travellers and academics. There is superb access to Berlin’s extensive public transport system. The apartment is located in Charlottenburg, one of the city's most beautiful districts with world-class shopping, many theatres, cinemas, fine restaurants, pubs and cafes, cabarets and exciting nightlife, as well as numerous parks all within easy reach.

Easy to reach are the famous Memorial Church (Gedächtniskirche), the elegant department store KaDeWe, the Savignyplatz, as well as the Convention Centres (Messegelände, ICC, Funkturm), and the Olympic Stadium, while the Halensee (for swimming) and the Grunewald forest (for hiking and biking) are just around the corner.

Diese Ferienwohnung hat uns viel gefallen. Die Lage war sehr nett: eine ruhige Seitenstrasse bei dem Ku'damm, mit Bus und S-Bahn Haltstellen binnen zwei Gehminuten. Die website Beschreibung war genau, und die Kontakte mit dem Vermieter gingen problemlos.

Ich würde diese Wohnung meinen Freunden empfehlen.
