Newly remodeled home. Plenty of parking space for cars & boat. Ideal location for the fisherman as it is very close to two marinas and an excellent restaurant.

Home overlooks the Laguna Madre, well known for producing trophy speckled trout and redfish.

The Coastal Bend is world renowned for its birding and nearby wetlands will put you right in their habitat.

Come and enjoy spectacular sunrises and cool sunsets, from the living room, or the two level deck. A marvelous coastal get away.

We live nearby, love the water, and beach lifestyle. Recently retired, we invite others, to join in the fun life of the Coastal Bend.

Unlike many properties, that look out over canals, you will experience spectacular sunrises and cool sunsets directly over the Laguna Madre. Two marinas, and a great restaurant are just a few blocks away.

What makes this house unique

Captain's Quarters (BR) has a queen size bed and great space. Crew's Quarters (BR) has a bunk bed (twin/double), and two roll away beds are ready for use if needed.

Two level deck will always keep you in the shade, and when we get our normal SE breeze it feels like the AC is on even when it's scorching outside.

Perfect fisherman getaway but near Padre Island, to the east, and downtown Corpus Christi, to the west.

Wine and dine at in a cozy coastal setting. Relax and soak in the Gulf Coast life at our quite getaway location.

The house was newly remodeled and was beautiful. The view from the living room and front porch overlooking the bay was spectacular. The house is located on a quiet out of the street, but there are two marinas and a wonderful restaurant within walking distance. All of the activities in Corpus Christi and Padre Island are within nearby driving distance. The owners were nearby to answer any of my questions although everything we needed was provided. All in all it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We love this place! Sparkling clean, comfy, tastefully decorated and conveniently located, the owners haven't overlooked any details necessary for a great vacation. Sunrises over the Laguna Madre from the living room and the deck are spectacular, sunsets relaxing and cool. We plan to come back to the Fish House II every year!

I am from Okla., and enjoyed staying at the Fish house II, everything was very nice. I stayed at the house for about 7 weeks and enjoyed every minute. I am sure that the next time i go to Corpus Christi i will stay at the same house.
