MORE THAN AN APARTMENT: Set in a lovely peaceful setting, slightly elevated on the lower mountain slopes directly overlooking open farmland and a small olive grove with beautiful views of mountains and far reaching views through the valley towards Jalon.The light and comfortable spacious self contained accommodation and parking is accessed from a gated drive with 1 step up into the villa. 8x4m illuminated wading pool ideal for playing games as well as swimming. As guests you will have sole use of all terraces and pool. A WARM WELCOME AND LOCAL KNOWLEDGE: After your journey you will be greeted with a warm welcome and a complimentry welcome pack. We will be on hand in the apartment below to offer you our local knowledge to help you live the area to the full, together with information on specific events being held in the area during your stay. The villa is a 1 hour drive from the easy accessible airports of Alicante and Valencia, and 1.5 Kilometres from the typically Spanish town of Pedreguer which offers all your shopping, banking and pharmacy needs. There is a market on Saturdays and a large Rastro on Sundays. For shopaholics the new large shopping mall La Marina is 4 kilometres away and includes an English cinema and 10 pin bowling. A perfect base from which to explore the area at any time of year, located between the traditional Spanish fishing port of Denia and Javea with its contrast of Modern living, History, Blue flag beaches and marinas. Or head inland passing orange and olive groves to the warmth and embracing heart of the Jalon Valley, a haven of peace, beauty and history, each being only a 15 minute drive away. Whether your interest is in the breathtaking landscape, local history, leisure activities or you just want to feel the sand and sea between your toes, it is the perfect setting for families and couples.

Additional information about rental rates

  • PRICES ARE BASED ON 2 PEOPLE SHARING. There is a supplement of £40 per person per week for each additional occupant. (excluding child under 2 )
    Longer low season lets between 1 and 2 months at reduced rates.
    Where minimum bookings are stated as one week, bookings can be for 10/12 days etc.
    The cost per additional night is calculated pro-rota to weekly rates.
    Change over is normally Saturday, but we like to be flexible out of the main season.
    If you have any special requirements, such as helping to celebrate a birthday or anniversery etc please let us know.
    Payment options include cheque or bank transfer in GBP.
    Your accommodation will be fully prepared for your arrival at 16.00, and on departure date needs to be vacated by 10.00. These times may be flexible to suit your travel arragements.
  • A non- refundable deposit of 30% is required upon booking,(should you have to cancel we will endeavour to fill your dates booked, in which instance we will return your deposit in full, should however we are unable to fill your dates your deposit will be non refundable) with the final balance required at least 6 weeks prior to the start of the rental period, along with a refundable security deposit of £150 for breakages / damages etc, fully refundable within 1 week of departure.
    Bath and hand towels, linen, laundry, cleaning and welcome pack are included in the rates, together with aditional loose linen for stays of longer than 1 week.
    Use of the cot is of no additional cost but must be requested at time of booking.
    An additional fee of £30 per week (or pro rota) is to be added to rental periods during Nov, Dec, Jan and Feb for heating.
    Internet connection is available on request at a fixed rate of £12 per week.

BEACHES, HISTORY AND TRADITIONS: The diverse coast line offers miles of beaches stretching along the Mediterrean from fine sand to small isolated rocky coves and beautiful bays in unspoilt surroundings,many being Blue flag status. Take a picturesque drive and Journey into the past from village to village passing cultivated terraces worked into mountains and valleys. There are castles and walls dating back to the Arab occupation that still stand as a reminder of the history waiting to be discovered. Guadalest a dramatically sited 15th century castle and fortified village is a must or just 4 kilometres away you will find one of many caves of stoneage times. Throughout the year various traditional and colourful festivals animate the surrounding towns offering a unique experience with magnificent parades and firework displays. Other attractions include Benidorm's Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia and Mundomar (30 min drive) Vergel Safari park is a 15 min drive away, or 1 hour to the fabulous city of Valencia
