Our Town home is fully equipped with everything you need High quality furniture with comfort as the key word. We have a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stove,dishwasher & large refrigerator Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom & walk in wardrobe Cable TV in family room & each bedroom. Flat screen TV's & Playstaion 3 All linens,bath & pool towels provided Alarm clocks & hair dryers in each bedroom. High chair,packnplay & stair gate. No distractions. We are not trying to compete with Disney.Full size washer & dryer. High speed internet with free phone calls Please note: The house is quite large & airy but we restrict the number of guests to six plus one infant to ensure each guest has plenty of their own space & privacy. We would not like to sleep on a bed made up in the family room near to the refrigerator & we don’t expect anyone else to. STOP PRESS !!! We have installed large flat screen TV's & a Playstaion 3

We also have a shuttle bus service to all the attractions for those who prefer not to drive

  • We only accept a minimum booking for 7 nights or more. A £200/$200 security/booking deposit is required on reservation.
    Our rates include everything, local & state taxes & cleaning . The only possible extra is optional pool heating which is recommended between October & March.
    Our rates start at £525 ( $745 ) per week rising to £690 ( $1050 ) in holiday seasons

  • We are a small family firm based in Cleveland UK & any enquiry is answered promptly & honestly by one of the owners. We absolutely guarantee we are up to date with all insurance, homeowners association fees, property & sales taxes. You will have no problems booking with us.

Notes: Our Town home has a wonderful view of a natural retention pond where lots of wildlife can be observed. Our small splash pool and spa is very private as is the pool deck & we are not overlooked by any other homes. We are about 500 feet from the clubhouse where there is an Olympic size pool,2 story slide ,games room ,fitness center,video arcade, lounge area & a giant pool deck. We have a sundry shop & tennis,basketball & a putting green. For your convenience there is also an ATM machine & a video kiosk with all the latest titles.
