Cozy Recoleta apartment

This apartment is in a really great location in Recoleta. It's about a 7-10 minute walk to the closest Subte, but there's a market right next door which was great for a quick breakfast or water stop. The apartment is very cozy and reasonably maintained, but it is also in an historical building, so don't expect a modern highrise. The kitchen amenities were a nice touch and we made use of the utensils, toaster, fridge, and washer. While the manager of the property was late to our arrival (which was quite nerve wracking though not entirely her fault due to our flight running late), she did show up and got us settled in and was quick to answer any questions we had throughout our trip. The owner was also quick to answer any questions we had in the planning of our trip as well as during our stay. The wifi was hit and miss throughout our week stay, but that seemed to be the case everywhere we traveled in South America. The accommodations are comfortable enough though Americans will likely find the space a bit cramped feeling, but in a city like Buenos Aires, you'll probably just be in the apartment to sleep.
Owner's Response: ,I just want to add two notes regarding the review.
The manager was prompt and waited 1 1/2 hours for the guests to arrive...unfortunately the manager was not notified that theflight of the guests had a delay of about 2 hours.
The apartment is cosy but not huge (dimension is stated in the announcement).Buenos Aires is a huge capital...16 million inhabitants...I guess therefore you will find for instance in New York smaller apartments and it will be unrealistic to think that you get a big condo.
Thanks for the review and I do hope you enjoyed your stay!
Kind Regards,
Winfred
