Welcome to the Penfield mansion. Once the home of Frank Sinatra, Clint Walker and then Roger Miller in the 1970s who raised his whole family here, this house is amazing with exceptional history that can be felt in every room! The hit song, King Of The Road was actually written by Roger Miller at the bar! We strive to provide a comfortable, safe and professional environment. The property sits on the top of a hill, all by itself on over an acre of land with 360-degree views of the whole city and is completely gated and secure. You have total privacy from all angles. There are no neighbors able to see the land or the house. Take a tour and see for yourself! High speed internet and cable TV included free of charge. The house also has a built in JBL sound system for radio, CDs, Ipod, MP3 players etc. Parking for 25 cars on premises.

See pictures for complete details on the house layout. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The house is at the very end of a culdesac, children can ride bikes in the street, its very safe. There are tons of fabulous restaurants in the area including Roys, Flemings, Ruth Chris, Benihana etc. all within 5 minutes.

All 4 beds have the highest quality Egyptian cotton'Royal Velvet' fabulous down alternative comforters, very high count Egyptian cotton sheets and pillow cases, down alternative pillows and also firmer pillows to suite your taste. White bathroom towels, and large beach towels for the pool are always provided.

We rented this house for an after prom party and it is beautiful! The views from every room are breathtaking. The owner was so easy to deal with and was available at all times when I had questions! I would recommend this property for all types of events!

We really enjoyed our long weekend at the house. As mentioned by many other reviewers, Michael the owner was very gracious, helpful, and available for anything at all we needed.

The views were lovely, the location was excellent for our purposes and the house very spacious and livable.

Crazy house with a Chill Owner

The Actual Property was huge and awesome, great for party's, or Events.
But what sets this Mansion out when compared to other mansions is the Helpfulness and Reliability of the Owner.
The house had not one flaw, and had cool Vending Machines full of all kinds of crazy things.
Definitely recommend speaking with the owner if you're looking for a place to host your next event, the owner is experienced and will help you out with any problems.
And there was a dancing pole...
Which is always nice to have.

This place is great!
The mansion and all its facilities are really nice and well kept. The rooms are spacious, and at the same time home-y. The location on top of a hill was also really beautiful.

The owner Michael is really nice, helpful, and easy to contact.

I would definitely come here again, and would recommend this place to all my friends!

60th Birthday Party

I would like say I searched over many properties to host my wife b day party and must say hands down this was the best! I did like everyone else wanted to have all I can and everyone to enjoy , most especially for this event to be a memoriable for my wifee.. As we all know you onnly have 1 shot and it must come thru.

The owner was very cooperative and understanding and always said yes! we will enjoy his property and we will have the best time we could plan for.

He was 100% right , my props for the property and ownership, he will deliver! and put his hard work into it to make it happen for you!

So please accept my comments as we are local LA home owneres and know this was spot on.
