La Nucía is located in a quiet valley, 10 km from Benidorm, 53 km from Alicante and 115 km from Valencia. In the north it is next to Polop and Callosa d'en Sarria, in the east to Altea, in the south to L'Alfaz del Pi and in the west to Benidorm. The mountains of Aitana and Aixorta protect La Nucía from cold winds from the north
Altea has a 6 kilometre beach, The Playa de Cap Negret, a shingled beach ending in a small cove with black pebbles called the 'Cala del Soio', is located to the north. L´Olla is another frequented beach opposite a small island of the same name.
The two beaches of Benidorm can be reached within a 15 min drive ,along with all its attractions waterparks, theme parks etc. Calpe can be reached within 20 minutes. Guadalest and the Algar waterfalls is a short drive into the mountains.
There are restaurants bars and supermarkets within a short drive. Restaurant El Tossal is within a short walk downhill on the urbanization.This restaurant is only open Fri Sat and Sun
