Two bedroom, den with full pull out and two bathrooms

Located on the Gulf of Mexico, this development boasts fantastic beaches where you can see manatees and dolphins swim by or find beautiful sand dollars and shells. Also on site is a quiet, relaxing pool and two tennis courts.

This condo was purchased by us in 2011. We decided to totally renovate the unit from floor to ceiling. No expense was spared in the bright and chic contemporary design and furnishings. The gourmet kitchen looks out to the dining and living rooms and then on to the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen was outfitted with high end appliances and kitchen essentials, including a Bosch dishwasher, LG stove and microwave, Jenn Air refrigerator with a built in filtered water system and ice maker, and a Keurig coffee maker. The silestone counters and glass backsplash offer style and easy clean up!

The master bedroom has a king bed and its own private bathroom, walk out to the patio, large walk in closet where the Bosch washer and dryer are located, black out roller blinds, and a flat screen TV with a built in DVD player. The second bedroom is perfect for a family of 4 as it has a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. This bedroom also has a flat screen TV with a built in DVD player.

The condo has wireless internet that you can access from your laptop or you can use the Sony 46” Google TV to also access the internet, HD television stations, with many premium channels or Netflix.

Whether it be shopping at St. Armands Circle or Ellenton Outlet Mall, dining at a variety of excellent restaurants close by, renting a bicycle across the street and touring around the island, walking on the #2 rated beach among North American islands in Condé Nast Traveler’s 2010 Readers’ Choice Awards or taking a fishing trip out into the Gulf of Mexico, our condo will provide you with all of these and so much more.

We live an hour away and this is our second home where we escape to and let the tranquility, beautiful beach and Gulf of Mexico reenergize us.

20 years ago we were living in Toronto and would often come down to Longboat Key. Our work brought us to Florida and close to this area. Having a beach property has always been our dream and as soon as we walked into this condo we knew we had found the perfect place.

What makes this condo unique

The beach, the sunsets and tranquil waters of the Gulf of Mexico sold us on this location. We have created an elegant and comfortable condo setting so that one can maximize the enjoyment of everything this area has to offer.

Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, this totally renovated (at the end of 2011) 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is a 5 minute walk to Joan Durante Park where relaxing walks can be taken, a short drive or trolley ride to the Mote Aqarium or St. Armand's Cirlce. We really enjoy the fine dining across the street at Harry's Continental Kitchen or Euphemia Haye. Outlet shopping is located at Ellenton Prime Outlets.
