Family 5 beds with AC, easy access, mountain views

This charming farmhouse with its pretty gardens and private pool (3.8 x 9.5m) makes for a relaxing holiday home. 3 bedrooms have views to the mountains & the others (including a chill out area on the first floor) look over the surrounding countryside. The spacious fully equipped kitchen and utility areas lead onto a courtyard dining area with BBQ. Comfortable dinning room and separate lounge with SKY, German sat TV, DVD & access to ADSL. The large hallway (including downstairs toilet) leads to the patio pool area with sun loungers and parasols. The gardens have lots of shade provided by the lemon trees and shrubs. A/C in all bedrooms, log fire in lounge and wood burning stoves in hallways for winter lets. Table tennis & bicycles available. Cot available and high chair, The owners live in separate private accommodation on the grounds. Easy access to Palma Alcudia motorway allows you to enjoy the unspoiled North of Mallorca with Palma only 20 minutes away

Close to the towns of Campanet, Buger and Moscari, the caves of Campanet and the the natural beauty of the Font Ufanes. For birdwatches the S'Abufera is 15 mins away. The villages are very friendly places with banks shops bars and village squares which hold local markets. Bus stops can be used to get to Inca which has the biggest market on the island Thursdays.

From Inca you can also get onto trains connecting the whole of the island. However we do recommend car rental. The wonderful north coast beaches of Pollenca, Playa de Muro are within easy access and the mountain roads start at Selva. Golf is available close by. So here you have the best of both worlds, the isolation of the countryside with easy access to all facilities of Mallorca.

A perfect week in June

Bini Pont is a delightful and well modernised old farmhouse (the best of both worlds!) with beautiful views of the mountains and close to the interesting town of Inca which has some very good restaurants. The countryside around is peaceful and beautiful although with a lovely pool and great weather we were tempted not to go too far.
The owners are friendly and helpful but not intrusive and the property spacious and well maintained. It could easily accommodate a group of friends or an extended family without feeling crowded.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: I can see why guests never get round to writing reviews when they get home, but I have now been chasing all the people who promised to do so! It is very refreshing when we hear that guests have a great time, and love the place as much as we do.It makes all the work worth while, should any one want a copy of the visitors book I have scanned it and will gladly attach it to any inquiries. For those who want a large typically Spanish farmhouse with easy access to local amenities hopefully they will find what they want here.

An amazing relaxing week, perfect

This was our first time out to Majorca and what a perfect destination to choose. Bini Pont is located in the middle of the island and very close to the main roads that can take you anywhere on the island. You are in the middle of the mountains with stunning views and a very short distance to beaches, that if you want to leave the stunning swimming pool. We loved the pool as we took two small children and we had privacy and they could enjoy the pool without any worries. You are very close to small villages where you can join the locals and see their markets, then with Inca very close and a very good supermarket. You MUST pay a visit to a local restaurant called Menestralia, its absolutely amazing and great value for money for such stunning local food.
The accommodation itself was more than ample, plenty of room and very well presented. There is a large well equipped kitchen/diner leading to a separate dining area. We spent most of our dinners outside as the table is in a stunning sun trap, also it has an outside BBQ.
We couldn't have had a warmer welcome. Anne and Tim were amazing hosts. They were so helpful when we first got there to help us settle in but also their knowledge of the island is fantastic and i would recommend doing anything that they suggest.
There were me, my wife, two children and my brother and wife, and there was still plenty of room in the house. My brother took his mountain bike and went out into the mountains and loved it. So what ever kind of holiday you want, Bini Pont is the perfect choose.

We have just returned from a week in BiniPont and had a really lovely stay. The house is beautiful, clean ,cool and entirely suitable for our 2 family stay. The location is private and very quiet yet was positioned well for motorway access. As described a car is essential. Ann is extremely relaxed and welcoming and it is obvious how much she loves the house.
We ate at the glass factory buffet which is, indeed great value for money.
A great holiday for young children and adults alike. Thank-you Ann.

Lovely property - would definitely go back!

I've stayed at Bini Pont 4 times now and love it, great location right in the middle of the island so easy to reach all coasts and there are some lovely beaches not too far away. Close to the mountains, and easily accessible from the main routes. Ann and Tim are always very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. They live in the adjacent property and have lots of local knowledge. Beautiful villa with a nice pool and beautifully landscaped gardens. Lovely views across to the mountains, short walk into the village where you can have a coffee with the locals. The villa is spacious and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay, bedrooms were well decorated and furnished, clean and well kept. Cala San Vincente is a nice beach, not far away. We also love the beaches down on the south coast, there are some small coves which seem to be popular with the locals. Palma is definitely worth a vist, and take a 10 minute stroll up the road to the all you can eat buffet, sounds like it might be dodgy but we would have eaten there every day if we could. I think it was around 10 euro for lunch, which included a bottle of wine, bottled water and beer on tap. The food was excellent, and included suckling pig - you will need to book. I would recommend hiring a car, or bicycle due to the location of the property. Thank you so much, we will be back!!!!

Owner's Response: We will always be here to welcome you back, its a good thing that the UK is doing its usual with the weather and guests are now posting the promised reviews. The Almond blossom is now almost fully out and looking fantastic, to me its a shame the government is encouraging people to take them out and plant olives. I know our last years harvest took 35 man hours to gather and produced 32 euros from the co-operative.
As a guest that has visited out of season you would know that the island has more to offer than sun sea and sand, all we need now is to encourage more people to visit out of the main high season.
