This charming home is nestled in a garden with olive and lemon trees and a veranda in the upper part of residential Spetses town in an area called Kastelli and is a perfect place to come for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The house offers space, charm and comfort. Sit outside amongst the orange and lemon tress and enjoy a glass of wine or sip your coffee and enjoy the Mediterranean way of life. Inside the house you will find you have everything you need in this appealingly decorated home which is adorned with interesting little pieces and soft furnishings that make the environment interesting, warm and inviting. The house has 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which has a bath, an open-plan kitchen and living and dining area. There is also additional space in which up to 2 extra people can sleep plus an apartment, with bunk beds, which can be made integral for 4 people while the villa next door can be rented too. There is an adjoining gate in the garden. Please enquire.

Nearest Ferry: Spetses Town at 500 Metres
Nearest Beach: Spetses Town at 500 Metres
This lovely villa is located in the historical area of Kastelli, the higher area of town which was established as a safe haven during the period when pirates used to raid the island. The bars and restaurants are just down the hill but far enough away from this residential area to allow a peaceful stay. The walk down to the town where the shops, restaurants and town beaches are located takes about 5 minutes while the return trip takes about 5 to 10 minutes and is mostly a gradual incline apart from one steeper section. The island itself is blessed with an abundance of pine trees and is mostly motor vehicle free having a policy which allows only commercial traffic and a handful of taxis plus motorcycles. Motorcycles and bicycles are available for rent. There are various beaches on the island to suit all tastes. There are 2 museums, the historical boat-yard which dates back 2,000 years and a plethora of mansions and natural phenomena on the island. The mainland is a short trip away.
