3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms near to Tomás Maestre Marina, La Manga

Our house is the end property in a row of 8 that face the canal 'El Estacio' in La Manga. It is south facing and has amazing views down La Manga strip and across the Mediterranean. Downstairs is an open plan sitting / living room with a redesigned kitchen. There is also a large storage room and downstairs shower room as well as front and rear patios. The rear patio has an awning and opens onto the private garden and BBQ area. Upstairs there are 2 double rooms and one twin with custom made fitted wardrobes and a family bathroom. The master bedroom leads out onto a large balcony which has access to a huge sun terrace on top. The beach is just over the road and the development has a communal pool which is open during the high season. There is a supermarket, bars, and a couple of restaurants within walking distance and just over the bridge the marina provides a wealth of different restaurants, 2 more supermarkets, a pharmacy, banks, dive schools, etc.

TV: There are both English speaking channels and Spanish.

This property is in a lovely location. Much of the property around is Spanish owned. It is across the road from the beach and swimming pool
It's near to shops and restaurants and is very well equipped. The owners are really helpful
You need to take your own beach towels
We really enjoyed our eleven night stay thank you

What a great holiday!

My husband and our two children spent 10 days here to try and catch some late sun – we were not disappointed!

The house was beautifully clean and well equipped with all those small details which so many forget – especially if you like to cook at home.

For the four of us, the house was plenty big enough and it was nice to have a garden for the children to play in while I was watching over them from the window. The views from the garden are good but even better from the balcony off the main bedroom.
It was a real plus to have a good, fast internet connection, although there was a small problem while we stayed but the owner was quick to help out –
There are a number of beaches close by, so no long car journeys! It was also handy to have two supermarkets -
‘SuperCor’ was always open but quite expensive so we tended to go to ‘Upper’. On Saturday mornings there was also a local market just 1.5km away.
We would certainly recommend and will hopefully be back with my parents early next year!

Fantastic beach house in a great location!

We have not long been back having spent two weeks in Kellys and Jons house in La Manga. The house is located on the La Manga strip right in front of the canal which joins the Mediterranean and Mar Menor seas. The view from the garden (or either of the two terraces) is brilliant as you can just sit there sipping your wine while watching all the boats sail-by within arms reach! An Absolute privilege!
The property was beautifully clean, well maintained and has everything you would need for a self catering holiday – including Uk tv with all the soaps!. Having said this, when we weren’t on the beach we spent nearly all our time on the patio enjoying the view!

La Manga strip is a lovely quiet area where you can always find an uncrowded bit of beach. Within a short walk is the the harbour where there are a number of bars and restaurants, including the Paque boat where we often ended-up watching the sunset over the Mar Menor.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Pet-friendly, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Just off the main road, front-line to the canal at 'El Estacio' the house is ideally located as a holiday destination. Just over the road there is a bus stop which runs up and down La Manga all day long - with more services in high season. Though not essential we would recommend a car to get the most out of the surrounding area.
