Also the Charles Bridge from one side and the Republic Square from the other side are within easy reach. The apartment is set in a very popular location, in one of the most vibrant areas of Prague and within easy reach of the major sights and attractions.

On the doorstep you will discover an extensive selection of places to eat and drink, local shopping, entertainment and night life together with some superb shopping in Parizska street, which has many of the best known major retailers along with leading restaurants, outdoor cafes, pubs and trendy bars. This unique apartment with its surrounding entertainment facilities offers the perfect escape.

The Apartment Attic Kozi is a superb flat, generously proportioned, with enough space for up to seven guests to turn it into their holiday hideaway in Prague. Prague has an extensive public transport system comprising metro, tram and buses, 'Staromestska' is the nearest metro station which is less than five minutes' walk away, providing easy access to all Prague. Several bus stops are also within walking distance.

The Apartment Attic Kozi is located on the fifth floor in a building with lift.

Apartment description:

Layout: This bright split-level three bedroom and two bathroom attic apartment with lots of woodwork is situated in a building with a new lift. The lower level consists of large living room with fully fitted open space kitchen, master bedroom, en-suite bathroom and separate toilet. The upstairs is reached by a staircase, there is the second bedroom, the third bedroom, the second bathroom and a gallery overlooking the living room area.

Note: The apartment boasts high quality materials, including wood floors and original wood beams.

General facilities: security door, electric opened windows, Wi-Fi Internet free of charge, Astra satellite connection, hair dryer in each bathroom, welcome pack (including shower gel + shampoo, cotton swabs (buds) and cosmetic cotton pads), washing machine, ironing facilities and fans in the whole apartment.

Lower level:

First bedroom: double bed (anti-allergy medical mattresses), night tables, reading lamps, double sided oval make-up mirror, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk, chair and fan.

En-suite bathroom: bathtub, washbasin, liquid soap, three towels (big, medium & small) and mirror.

Living room (first part): large leather sofa, coffee table, home cinema, large flat screen TV (LED - New generation Smart TV) and docking speaker for connecting iPods, MP3 players, computer or other devices and fan.

Living room (second part): comfortable lounge under the cupola with two sofas (allows additional sleeping), coffee table and fan.

Dinning corner: dinning table & chairs.

Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen, fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, sandwich and waffle maker, dishwasher, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery.

Separate WC: toilet and washbasin.

This apartment was perfect. Its location was on a nice street with many amenities nearby. The service was great with flexible check-in times and everything was explained clearly upon our arrival. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures, with a lot of open space, a great kitchen, and three good bedrooms. I would highly recommend starying at the attic Kozi should you be visiting Prague.
