Elegantly fully refurbished two bedroom, two bath unit with fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and an adjacent full bathroom.
There is a pool, spa and a barbeque area. Complimentary parking is available for added comfort and convenience.

Enjoy the world famous pleasures of Golf at Wailea, Makena and Ellier golf courses. You can also enjoy the nearby tennis facilities at Wailea Tennis Club.
The upscale Shops at Wailea and restaurants are approximately half a mile away. Major supermarkets are within four miles by car as well as banks, drug stores and a movie theater complex. Pacific Shores condos are also only one mile away from Wailea's five major beaches.
We stayed at this condo 10 nights at the end of March beginning of April and really enjoyed it. Inside it is clean and looks upgraded. Kitchen has nice flat top stove, upgraded counter tops, quiet dishwasher and the fridge. Since we cooked our meals having full kitchen was essential. We stayed with 2 kids and 2 bathrooms really helped to avoid morning/afternoon lineups. Also, washer and dryer helped to keep our kids clothes clean with minimum efforts. Having an air conditioner helped a lot to keep the condo cool since the temperature inside at the end of the day can easily clime to mid 80s at the end of the day. From the lanai you can see the ocean and the pool which was just steps away from the condo. Been close to the Charlie Young beach was also very convenient since we did not have to drive and could simply go and swim and not to worry about your money or car keys. In fact the whole area is very quiet and welcoming. The location is close to Foodland where we bought most of our food or beverages.
Having no bugs or ants in the condo was also a present surprise. Every other condos we stayed in tropics we had some kind of encounters with bugs or termites but not this condo. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend this condo to anyone that appreciate quiet and laid back vacation.
This condo is very convenient and the location is great, right across from Charley Young beach. The complex is very well maintained, with a very nice pool and hot tub (which is actually quite hot! A good thing in my book). The barbecue area is very clean and the grills all worked wonderfully. The fellow residents we ran into were quite welcoming and fun to talk with.
Inside, the master bed was very comfortable, the two twin beds were average and the pull-out sofa bed was understandably uncomfortable, but serviceable. The kitchen is relatively new, with granite and all the requisite appliances. It had ketchup, salt, napkins, coffee filters and paper towels.
The TV in the living room is a nice sized flat screen, and was accompanied by a dvd player and cd player. The bathrooms seemed to be renovated recently and the showers had great water pressure. An air conditioner cools off the living room, but doesn't really reach the other rooms.
When we arrived, the remote control for the TV wasn't working. We left a message for the manager as we were heading out the next day and it was replaced quite quickly. Maintenance also unclogged a toilet for us and did so in a very timely manner.
On the downside, it felt like the condo could have been stocked better with the basic necessities. We stayed there for eight days, but were only given three small garbage bags for the trash. Each bathroom was allotted just two rolls of toilet paper and only had three tiny bars of soap which vanished quite quickly between our five people.
The condo comes with a washer/dryer, but there was just half a sandwich bag's worth of detergent on the shelf. And while there were two beach chairs and some beach toys, there were no boogie boards (as one previous reviewer had mentioned). We bought three boogie boards and added them to the collection -- hopefully future guests will get to enjoy them!
I don't want to give a bad impression of this place. We were glad we stayed there and would recommend it to others. But it just feels like for the price you pay, corners shouldn't be cut when it comes to basic items. I'm sure if we called, management would have brought up more soap/bags/etc, but we were usually out of the condo early and returned after the office was closed (4:30pm).
I think if you stay here you'll have a great experience, just remember to pick up soap, detergent, garbage bags, condiments when you stop at Costco or Target near the airport.
We stayed 9 nights here and loved every one of them. The condo was lovely, clean and exactly as portrayed on vrbo. The master bed was very comfortable. Having two full bathrooms for our family of four was perfect. The location in the condo complex was very nice (in the corner so no traffic) and the main parking spot was very convenient. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and very centrally located to drive to other beaches or locations. Plenty of shopping and restaurant choices within a 10-15 minute walk either direction. Endless shopping and restaurant choices within a 10-15 minute drive in either direction. Several beach toys/accessories available for use in the condo (1 boogie board, chairs, beach towels etc). Gabriella was very nice to deal with. She always returned emails and answered questions quickly. The code lock on the condo door was super convenient. Much better than having to keep track of a key all the time. The dishwasher was very quiet which is always a bonus. Extremely helpful to have the washer and dryer right in the condo, we used them frequently. The only, very minor, negative that I can think of is that the second bedroom got quite hot. The air conditioning didn't reach in there and it could use a much more powerful overhead fan. Overall we were so pleased and would recommend this condo for anyone. (Also highly recommended is the shave ice at S&Q just a 7 minute walk south-sooo good)
The condo was outstanding, well supplied and made for a wonderful family week on Maui.

We had a great 3 weeks stay in this until in December 2014. It was my husband and our 1.5 year old. The 2 bedroom was just what we needed! It was great to have our son in is own room. The condo had everything we needed and more (except the baby proofing, so maybe bring some of your own from home if travelling with a young child). It was tastefully decorated, clean and great furniture. I found the bed in the master suite excellent. I had great sleeps every single night. The condo owner was very accommodating with a special request, which I really appreciated. I thought the location of the unit was much better than others in the building. It was on the end so there was never any traffic walking past our door. It had a good view of the pool, some foliage and in the distance you could see the ocean. I thought the description of the unit was accurate. Also the people who lived in the buildings were very nice and welcoming. It was about a 5 minute walk to the beach but I didnt mind because I was walking in paradise!
Some things this condo could use is new shower curtain and hooks in the master bathroom. and maybe a reseal of the shower. The shelf on top of the toilet also needed to be redone. But I would definitely stay in this unit again. Our family was happy here.
