B.V.S. WALES ISLAND PARADISE

A weekend getaway could not have been more perfect than at this quiet and spacious Cambria house! It is not only in a perfect location (close drive to east village restaurants and shops, 10 minute walk to Fiscalini Ranch Preserve for hiking and beach strolls, and placement atop a hill giving panoramic views of the ocean) but the house is also COMPLETELY private. We were on an open lot, surrounded by trees and flowers which create a welcome home to all types of birds and deer. Slowly waking up in the mornings, sitting in the back yard surrounded by chirping birds was the perfect start to every day. Our days were filled with hiking the local Preserve, getting an even more breathtaking view of Cambria and the beach,then followed by exploring the downtown village filled with restaurants and shops! After romantic dinners at local delicious places like Lynns and the Sea Chest, we watched the sunset on the open deck in front of the house, ending with wine in front of the fire place. After the days excitement and fun, I was relieved to find the Queen sized bed was amazingly conformable! I really felt at home and comfortable here: it was clean, the kitchen was stocked, and I could do my laundry if needed! I couldn't wait to start the next days relaxation, adventure and romance and now that the trip is over I am already planning another visit, this time with friends and family to share the amazing memories with!
