A beautifull 5 bedroom, 3 bath luxury family vacation home provides state of the art living, comfort and freedom that cannot be found in a hotel room. Accommodating up to 12 people, the master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in wardrobe,en-suite with walk in shower, the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have double beds whilst the 4th and 5th have twin beds. Each bedroom has its own TV.The family room consists of a large screen TV, playstation 2, Wii and Wii fit , DVD and entertainment system. The living room is ideal for relaxing and also provides a double sofa bed. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything you are ever likely to need.The utility room has a full size washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron, all linen,towels and pool towels.Other advantages are free wifi internet and free international telephone service. The pool area is fully furnished with table and chairs and loungers and has an enviable non overlooked pool with open views. Villa sol has a gymnasium.

In addition the Villa Sol complex is maintained by a home owner association which means that the lawns , gardens and entire complex are kept to a very high standard.It is a gated community which provides a safe and secure environment. In addition to your own private pool there is a communal swimming pool , basket ball courts , club house and a fully equipped gymnasium , these facilities are provided free of charge to staying guests.

Welcome to our beautiful villa situated in the prestigious gated community of Villa Sol, Orlando. The Villa Sol community is beautifully maintained throughout and is one of Florida’s most sought after places to stay. Ideally situated for all local attractions but far enough away to relax from the hassle of international drive. Disney World, Sea World and Universal Theme Parks are all within 20 minutes drive away as is international drive, with Disney World being one straight road away on the Osceola parkway. There are many superb golf courses close by also world famous bass fishing and boggy creek air boat rides is just around the corner. Osceola parkway itself houses many great restaurants and also retail shopping parks such as the Loop which is well worth taking a look at. The 192 is just 5 minutes away. Cocoa Beach is about an hours drive away and Daytona Beach just a little further. Orlando international airport is a 10 minute drive from Villa Sol and Sandford airport 40 minutes.

Just Perfect!

We have stayed in many villas in and around the Kissimmee area over the last 12 years, but I must say that this one is my favourite by far. The location is great, 15 minutes to Disney on one road and 15-20 minutes to Universal.

The villa is very spacious, all rooms are a good size and the pool is perfect for relaxing in and around after a day at the parks. It has a very well stocked kitchen with everything you need if you want to cook at home, or on the BBQ in the pool area. There are plenty of good quality bathroom and beach towels to use, a TV in every room and a very handy utility room.

The villa was spotlessly clean on our arrival and we will definately be staying there again on our return to Florida!

I was very pleased with the house. I have passed info on to several family friends who plan to stay. The kids loved the pool but next time we will get pool heat if in off season so they can swim at night. We loved the location which is close to everything but far enough away to not always be in heavy traffic. The house was clean and was set up just as described. We will be staying again next year for sure.

Orlando Villa Sol great Home

This home was just as described. Owner was very helpful and prompt in responding to inquirey. Good location, home was clean, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Had a problem getting into security gate since it was new and we did not have a code, we also had a smoke detector beeping problem and a drain which was slow. This was all fixed as soon as we reported it to the agency. They were very nice to deal with. We drove to Tampa for the day and went to the beach about an hour and a half away and went to Universal only 15-20 min. away. Only suggestion I would have for improvement is to add a utility type drawer in the home with a few tools, tape, scissors, etc. and maybe some pool toys. Bring your own if you have room. You will enjoy this home.
