New three bedroom, 2.5 bath 2400 square foot home with lovely views of deep water Green Creek will accommodate up to eight guests. An elevator makes the home great for someone with special needs.

An open floor plan in the main living area has a wall of windows overlooking the water and features a large flat screen TV, working fireplace and dry bar. A large front porch overlooks the water. The master suite is also located on the first floor and joins a beautiful master bath with both tile shower and Jacuzzi tub. A small screened porch sits just off the master suite. The fully stocked kitchen features stainless appliances, granite counter tops and all the small appliances, cookware and utensils needed to whip up a gourmet meal. Two bedrooms with private sun deck and water views, large shared bath and a billiards room complete with pool table are on the second floor. The home's elevator services all levels from ground to second floor.

All linens are provided, as well as wireless access and satellite TV. An outdoor ping pong table, grill and two bicycles are provided for renters; and a new dock is just being completed across the marsh from the house to deep water where you can tie up a boat while vacationing. Guests also enjoy a pass to Oriental's Health and Fitness Club during their stay with indoor pool. fitness and weight equipment, steam rooms and a variety of classes.

Our family and dog had a nice, peaceful time at this house. It was the perfect house and neighborhood to get away from it all. We enjoyed hanging out at the end of the new dock and fishing. The house is a 1 minute drive to the quaint town of Oriental. The house is very spacious and clean. Great house to bring your boat in the summer.
