Apartment has large double terrace with sun loungers, patio table, chairs, parasol and barbeque overlooking the communal swimming pool 8m x 5m with large terrace area. Private parking space under the complex.

The Apartment location is a 15 min walk to the popular Burianna Beach with lots of bars and Restaurants along the front and next to the lovely beach with its watersports and other activities. A 10 Minutes walk to the famous Balcon de Europe with all the Spanish tapas bars, shops, quaint restaurants and cobbled streets. A 5 minute drive to the famous Caves of Nerja and the beautiful village of Maro(which is a must).Also there are the lovely coves and quiet beaches just past Maro towards La Herradura . For the walking and Golf enthusiast, across the road is the Sportsman Bar/Restaurant which organises walking expeditions up to all the surrounding hills and mountains and also golf days at any of the fantastic golf courses throughout the region. Not forgetting the wonderful food it serves, especially their homemade daily specials. For that sports enthusiast a full range of Sports events on the 4 TV Screens is on daily. Next to the bar, there is an indoor Swimming pool, Gym & Track.
