This luxury fully equipped villa has direct access via a few steps onto a small beach. It is situated at Prospect on the famous Caribbean West Coast of Barbados. The amount of beach sand in front of the villa is affected by the tides but there are two beautiful larger beaches 200 -m 300 yards away in either direction. It has 3 fully fitted, air-conditioned, double bedrooms on the first floor - each with personal safes and ceiling fans and each with its own en-suite bathroom & shower including hairdryer, gel dispensers, towels and beach towels. The 2nd floor lounge / bar with sun deck is sometimes used as a 4th double bedroom with a shower en-suite. The kitchen & utility area is fully equipped with washing machine & dryer, double oven, ceramic hob, microwave oven, USA style fridge freezer, toaster etc. The lounge / dining area is elegantly furnished with patio doors leading onto a covered patio overlooking the sea leading onto an outer patio with a cooling Spa Tub and table & chairs.

This luxury villa is directly on the Caribbean sea edge at the Bridgetown end of the West Coast Road, about 1 mile south of Fitts Village, and approx 200yards from the Virgin Escape Hotel with its fabulous beach. About 300 yds the other way is Batts Rock, which is a quiet secluded bay with a beautiful beach where the catamarans sometimes pull in to show their passengers the beauty of the area. It is a detached luxury villa built in an elegant style with distinctive double glazed, high security windows which have tinted toughened glass to keep the villa cool 7 provide maximum security. A frequent bus service runs past - operating between Bridgetown & all of the West Coast villages through Prospect, Fitts Village, Paynes Bay, Sandy Lane, Holetown, Mullins and Speightstown up to Six Mens. The whole coast is known as the Platinun Coast - famous for its celebrity visitors, top class hotels, amenities, shopping restaurants and bars. The villa is away from the crowds - a place to relax!
