The property is on the third floor of a modern newly-built block, with marbled floors and a large balcony with magnificent views of the Atlantic ocean. It faces south and has sunshine in the morning and early afternoon. The flat sleeps up to 4, as there is a large sofa-bed. It also has two communal pools overlooking the sea. The main attraction, of course are the golf courses. For golfers, a storage room can be provided for equipment. It has a small pebble beach, and is also is a short drive to the larger beaches of El Medano, Playas las Americas and Los Cristiano. It has shops nearby, and many fine dining restaurants and bars. There is an Irish pub opposite. There are also many spa facilities nearby, and also a bowling green. It is fully equipped with all mod cons, flat screen satellite TV, DVD player and a fully equipped kitchenette. It is suitable for two adults and two children. It is modern, tastefully decorated and very comfortable.
