This totally remodeled Panorama Apartment is a beauty in its old Floridian style. It is surrounded by a big porch to the south and west (gulf side), an exciting seating area to have a grill dinner and drinks at the sunset. One bedroom with queen-size bed and orthopedic TempurPedic mattress, one bedroom newly remodeled as kid's room with one twin bed and one toddler bed with special 'TempurPpedic' orthopedic mattress, and 1½ bathrooms. Sleeps 3 adults and 1 kid comfortably. Kitchen is fully featured with granite counter top and all machines you need, to enjoy your dinner with your friends or family at home. The bright living area features cable TV, video tape, working desk with high speed wired and wireless LAN for those who need to get little work done even when living on the beach and more.

Anna Maria Island gives you the feeling of an untouched Caribbean paradise in its old Floridian style atmosphere. The white sandy beach is one of the nicest of the world. The island is located 1 hour south of Tampa and 30 Minutes north of Sarasota. Orlando is just a short drive away at 1.5 hours drive time. The island provides a feeling of how Florida used to be. Here are no condominiums to the sky. All structures have a restriction of 3 levels and three draw bridges provide access to the island from the mainland. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation this is your perfect life long vacation spot.

"The Mermaid" ist ein hochwertiges mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattetes Appartement. Es gibt ein sehr schönes mit Spielsachen bestücktes Kinderzimmer, Babyequipment vom Hochstuhl bis zum Miniboot, Nachtlichter für die Kinder und im Flur, eine Telefonanlage, Anrufbeantworter mit Fast Internet Access, eine Außendusche (sehr praktisch), allerhand Strandequipment (Stühle, Surfboards und Schwimmreifen für Kinder, Luftmatratzen, Sonnenschirme). Das kleine Bett eignet sich gut für Kinder bis 3 1/2 Jahre.
Bis zum Meer sind es nur ein paar Schritte über die kaum befahrene Strasse und 20 m durch schönes Grün.
Der Strand ist einmalig und flach abfallend.
Wir können dieses Appartment nur empfehlen. (Aug/Sept.2008)
