Casa Estellita is a beautiful Spanish ranch style home situated on a 1/2 acre corner lot, with a long list of features and amenities to help provide a fun, relaxing and unforgettable stay in the desert.
A significant renovation was completed in 2012 on this home, adding many contemporary upgrades to help create memorable vacations and get-aways with family and friends.
Centrally located close to Highway 111 and approximately 15 minutes from Palm Springs airport, the quiet neighborhood of Magnesia Falls Cove is close to great dining and many desert attractions, including Joshua Tree National Park, El Paseo Shopping, The River, Knott's Water Park, World-Class Golf and Tennis, as well as hiking and biking.
This spacious home is nestled against the stunning San Jacinto Mountains, with bedroom wings at either end of the home and central kitchen, dining, entertaining areas. The open floor plan connects to the large back yard providing the best in indoor/outdoor living.
The home features four bedrooms and a den, all well-appointed with high end pillow top mattresses and luxurious linens for a restful night’s sleep.

A generous supply of new high quality linens and towels are provided.
The large kitchen with breakfast bar is fully equipped for the most discerning chef to cook, bake and host gatherings both large and small. New stainless steel appliances include a Samsung side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker and water filter, and a Jenn Air oven with gas cooktop. The spacious kitchen opens to large dining area with seating for 6 to 10 people.
The laundry room located just off the kitchen has a high capacity washer and dryer for easy care of the essentials.
The beautifully decorated living room features a wood-burning fireplace for cozy winter evenings and provides a relaxing environment for spending time with family and friends. Cable, wireless internet, Wii and stereo system are all provided in the living/family room area for your entertainment needs.
The open floor plan connects to a spacious back yard with palm trees, grapefruit tree, ficus hedge, and views of the stunning San Jacinto Mountains. The central feature of the back yard is the salt-water pool and attached hot tub with Pebble Tec finish in Aqua Blue, surrounded by fabulous outdoor dining and lounging areas.
The pool and hot tub are surrounded by a large back yard with plenty of grass and outdoor space for playing or just relaxing and lounging on the pool deck. The new block wall surrounding the property provides plenty of privacy in the fully-fenced back yard and new plantings provide beautiful colors and greenery.
The BBQ area offers another setting for cooking, the outdoor dining table seats up to 6, and mutliple outdoor lounging areas create plenty of room for sunning and relaxing.
The large circular driveway in the front of the home and a second driveway to the garage provide plenty of off street parking.
Natives of the Pacific NW, we seek the sunshine every winter. We started visiting the Palm Springs area when our children were babies and have been coming back nearly every year for about 12 years. We finally decided to purchase a little piece of the desert to enjoy with our friends and family members.
