Our beautiful home is now available for weekends and monthly rentals in 2013. Perfect for families to visit students as well as out of town guests. Located on the Texas A&M bus route--no need to drive to campus. Walking distance to grocery, post office, restaurants. Have a relaxing weekend with everything you need to cook for a crowd--even Thanksgiving dinner!

Great home with everything you need. Perfectly suited for our family visiting from Maryland. Close to everything. Walking distance to coffee shop and Walmart for any last minute items. Wonderful Accommodations - would stay again!

My husband was slated to conduct a demonstration at Texas A&M on a Saturday, and we were truly thankful to find this property, as all of College Station's hotel rooms were booked on the preceding Friday night. After staying here for a weekend, we question the point of ever staying at a College Station hotel again! Nestled conveniently close to attractions and amenities, this property is a gem tucked away on a street of standard collegiate-looking homes. The neighborhood was quiet, and the house was clean, stylishly decorated and appointed with quality linens, towels and cookware. The owner provided soaps and travel-sized shampoo/conditioner items, which was a nice touch of detail. We would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean and very spacious. I don't think I will ever rent a hotel for Aggie football weekends again.
