We love the Tampa-St. Pete area, especially the beach. We also own a townhouse in Tampa, where our our adult children and grandchildren live.

What makes this townhome unique

We loved the beach, as native Floridians and Tampans. We bought in 1999, anticipating retirement and knowing that our children and grandchildren would love to visit!!!

In St. Petersburg, the Dali Museum, The Pier, Tropicana Field(home of the Tampa Bay Rays), and Sunken Gardens. Also in Tampa, Tampa Stadium, home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Also, just a day trip from Disney World, Universal Studios, and a major outlet mall in Orlando.
