The villa is 150 sqm in size consisted of two levels and can accommodate up to 7 people. Entering the house on the ground floor there is a spacious living , dining room , with satellite TV, stereo Hi-Fi, air-condition, modern furniture and lights.Further on a bath/wc.Next to the living room is an open plan fully equipped kitchen. An internal staircase leads to the first level where are 3 bedrooms one with 2 single beds and 2 with a double bed each , all with a/c , sharing a spacious bath/wc. The staircase ends to a messanine , open style bedroom with a single bed .Outside there is a private swimming pool, 30 sqm, equipped with sun beds, sunshades, garden shower.A car is not considered to be essential as the amenities of Plakias resort is in walking distance , unless you would like to explore the south part of Crete.

If you're staying in Plakias, you'll soon get to hear about the date palm forest and the lake at Preveli. This is one of the most famous sights in Crete and an area of outstanding natural beauty. The date palms stand along the bank of the river which flows down through the Kourtaliotis gorge (you have to drive up the gorge to get to Plakias), creating an exotic scene. Wander along the paths in the palm forest, relax in the shade of the trees and have a dip in the river. At the spot where the river reaches the sea, there is a beach with umbrellas and a soft drinks canteen. The area is usually full of visitors who come here either by car or by small boat from Plakias and Agia Galini. If you come by car you can also visit the nearby Moni Preveli (Preveli Monastery), but then you have to walk down a lot of steps to reach the beach and you'll be pretty puffed going back up. You can take a ferry from Plakias port directly to Preveli Palm Beach.

  • The rates are for 6 persons per week for villa Artemis.
    In this price it is included the air-condition, change of bed linen towels and all Greek taxes.
    The availability and the total cost of the services are confirmed , (usually within 24 hours from your request) For reservations till 56 days before the arrival, we require a deposit of the 30% of the total cost. For reservations less than 56 days before the arrival the whole amount (100%) of the total cost is required.
    There are no other charges to be added. After payment is charged, you will receive your travel documents along with your payment receipt. We accept payment by credit card Visa or Master Card or Bank Transfer.
  • Cancellation of the reservation
    Cancellation made for any reason will result to 'cancellation fees'.
    The usual cancellation fees rate as follows:

    -Non Show: the charge is the 100% of the total booking reservation.
