The villa is 130 sqm in size consisted of two storeys and can accommodate up to 6 people. Entering the house on the ground floor there is a spacious living , dining room , with fireplace, satellite TV, stereo Hi-Fi, air-condition, modern furniture and lights.Next to the living room is an open plan fully equipped kitchen. Three stairs lead to a bedroom with a double bed , aircondition , with its own balcony.On that level there is also a bath/wc. An Internal staircase leads to the upper floor where are two more modern decorated bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds , sharing a bath/wc. A big terrace on that floor offers nice views to the village of Plakias and the countryside.Outside there is a private swimming pool, 30 sqm, equipped with sun beds, sunshades, garden shower.A car is not considered to be essential as the amenities of Plakias resort is in walking distance , unless you would like to explore the south part of Crete

Situated 39 kilometers far from Rethymnon, at the Southern coast of Crete, at the Libyan Sea, Plakias is a popular tourist resort, well developed and offering full facilities to the visitors. The village has approximately 180 permanent residents. If you have a car it is worth driving around to the scenic villages of the area as Myrthios, 3 kilometers far from Plakias at the North, to the villages Sellia, 5 kilometers at the Northwest and Mariou, 6 kilometers at the Northeast. Dates to note for the following local festivities. - 8 th of September in honor of the Birth of Virgin Mary at Lefkogia. - 15 th of August, in honor of the Assumption of Virgin Mary at Sellia. The Preveli Palm Beach is well worth visiting. You can take a ferry from Plakias to the Palm Beach. Damnoni Beach and Schinaria Beach are also very well known sandy beaches with their crystal clear waters.

  • The above prices are for 6 persons per week and include cleaning services, change of bed linen, towels and all Greek taxes.
    The availability and the total cost of the services are confirmed , (usually within 24 hours from your request) For reservations till 56 days before the arrival, we require a deposit of the 30% of the total cost. For reservations less than 56 days before the arrival the whole amount (100%) of the total cost is required.
    There are no other charges to be added. After payment is charged, you will receive your travel documents along with your payment receipt. We accept payment by credit card Visa or Master Card or Bank Transfer.
  • Cancellation of the reservation
    Cancellation made for any reason will result to 'cancellation fees'.
    The usual cancellation fees rate as follows:

    -Non Show: the charge is the 100% of the total booking reservation.
