NEW LAKESIDE TOWNHOUSE 4BR/3BA IN PARADISE PALMS VACATION RESORT

We stayed in the townhouse for one week. First of all the owner (Linda ) was so great to work with and answered all our questions in a quick manner. The property was was beautiful and very accurate description of all the ammenities. We spent most of our time at the house in the pool area. The size was perfect for small children and plenty of space on the patio area for the adults. This house is very close to all the nearby attractions and we were able to visit them several times. The only downfall to the resort was the lack of lounge chairs in the main pool area so I would suggest going early and reserve a spot at the club house. We look forward to visiting again next year and for many years to come.

Our stay here was great. It was exactly as promised. We have six daughters so the extra bedrooms made our vacation much more peaceful than hotel rooms. We looked at other houses at Paradise Palms and this one had the benefit of a larger patio which I recommend. The owner is very nice and helpful and it is nice to deal with the actual owner instead of a management company. I definitely would recommend this rental. We paid the extra for pool heat, well worth it; our kids were swimming even when the weather was not as warm as we hoped for. Kitchen had plenty of dishes. It was very clean too! There were things for the teens to do like tennis, movies and basketball. Great place to stay.

We escaped the cold weather in Ontario and stayed at this Villa March 7th-14th 2013. We have been travelling to Florida the past 6 years-we are a family of 5 and always bring our Grandma. We have been staying at resorts that offer only 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch so it has been tight.This Villa was beautiful and very spacious. There are 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms so there was plenty of room for our whole family. It was very clean and had all the ammenities we needed. Parking was just outside your door so no lugging groceries up stairs or having to take elevators-we enjoyed eating our meals out on the screened in veranda.Theclubhouse pool is just a short walk away-and it was 5 star. The boys enjoyed swimming under the waterfall and going down the slide. The food at the grill is very reasonably priced and delicious. The staff at the clubhouse were very welcoming and helpful. Our boys enjoyed playing beach volleyball and basketball.Around the pool there were plenty of lounge chairs for everyone . Oh yes there are two hot tubs to enjoy as well. The Villa is a short drive to Disney Parks and there is a Target and Publix near by.We were very excited to go after seeing the pictures Linda provided on her website but until you are there to experience how beautiful it really is they don't do it justice. We had a wonderful vacation and the boys are already asking to return. Linda was wonderful to deal with and very accommodating. Much more personal dealing with the owner rather than a rental company. We highly recommend this Villa and we hope to return again some day!!
